When I went to this location last week, it was like a ghost town. There was nobody in sight to offer assistance or answer questions. The only person who came up to me was someone asking me if I was considering Solar Power. My goal was to purchase ceiling tiles and acoustic insulation. There were no employees to be seen anywhere. The tiles I needed were mostly damaged packages. There were only 2 boxes that were in undamaged condition. So my trip was a waste of time as Ill have to go to another Home Depot this weekend. I would have given this store a half star if it was possible. The store seemed like a deserted movie set, I was looking for a tumble weed to come rolling by. I expected a lot more from this location. My advice is to purchase from the Springfield or King of Prussia locations. They have a better stock and friendlier staff willing to assist you.

Well, let me start by saying, I have walls that were painted with Ralph Lauren Suede paint which I love. I was having a serious issue because of the base paint change that had occurred. I could not match up the colors to my walls. So I went to the Home Depot in Broomall and got some outstanding service. Charlie in the paint department is a paint mixing genius. I had 2 gallons of paint that were off color, I need them to match my existing walls. Charlie spent well over six times adjusting the colors to match my walls. I tell you what he matched the perfectly. THANK YOU, CHARLIE FOR AN AWESOME JOB!!! The customer service you provided was outstanding. P.S. everyone in the paint department was the best. GREAT SERVICE GUYS!

Wow! Still sitting in the parking lot and can not believe how rude your employees are!!! Home Depot needs to put some energy into customer service skills for your ignorant employees! My cashier was Jarris according to my receipt and he was so ignorant I wanted to walk the hell out! Doesnt even say hello, even after I said hello how are you to him. Then just rolls his eyes and practically tosses my purchase back to me!

LK is the main reason why I trust HD paint department. He is most helpful and I know he has my best interest in mind. I love his personality. Plys he plays golf so he asks me about my golf game every time I see him. He definitely is an asset to HD!!!

A small version of home depot so they do not have a full line of all products. However, very convenient location and many times good enough.
