Went To pick up 2 orders today. Had a gentleman at the pro sevices desk look up the orders, and thentell me i had to go to another desk on the opposite side of the store to have them do it again, because he couldnt be bothered to call someone to pull the order from the receiving area. Then, at the customer service desk, they dropped off 2 carts and said there you go have fun with 0 offeror intent to help me get them to my vehicle. I proceeded to push both carts to the opposide side of the store (where the exit is) passing no less than 7 staff members, 0 of which offered to help me. I then got to the cashier area in the limber department where i was stopped by a cashier. I was over joyed at the thought that she may be offering to help me. Unfortunately i was asked to present my receipts for the items, which i could only have been given by a staff member and signed for them. Frustrating but okay, perhaps after im done being frisked Ill get offered help to load my clearly large and unwieldy items. Nope. Now once i was in the parking lot, the only person who was remotely helpful was the cart boy who offered to take my carts AFTER i had unloaded them. Disgraceful.

Its conveniently located but Im constantly having to run back here because the products indicate its a "universal-fit" or some such nonsense or because the packaging on them stink and screws, bolts or other cheap but invaluable piece of the puzzle is missing. Some times I make a return here and drive down past the dreaded Five Points intersection to the Lowes there to find the right product or tool. If it werent for the bad intersection I would probably just drive by Home Depot and head straight to Lowes instead and save myself the sweat, the cursing and the extra trip.

Ordered a marble vanity that was delivered to the store damaged... twice. I understand things break in transit but the custome arrive at this Home Depot was not helpful at all. No idea what to do how to help other than reorder after being in the store both times to discuss options

Very helpful and friendly. Workers inside retrieved a new pallet of stone façade for me when the ones on the floor appeared damaged. Frank then kindly helped me load everything into my car. The stone was very heavy and he refused a tip. Very nice man. Thank you.

I like HD. If it is in stock, you are good. If they are delivering or you are special ordering ANYTHING, expect an absolute nightmare. Invariably , they screw something up. Today I had 2 separate deliveries and 4 problems. Good luck!!!!!!!!

Returning items at customer service was difficult and the cashier had such a poor attitude. They just lost a commercial account. I will never go back there.

I really dislike all Home Depots. When you need someone to help you, you can never find anyone. Their stuff is usually inferior and doesnt last long.

Well stocked and people (employees) actually want to help. I had a difficult HVAC fitting and they spent time pulling down what I needed.
