No vayan a este lugar mientras este de encargado el manager que estuvo jueves por las 10:30 am despota racista maleducado un gordo el de bigote no tuve tiempo de mirar su nombre pero un tipo tan malo pero tan malo que me indigna no poderle romper la cara fui con un problema de la luz de motor en mi tablero el carro estaba a 12 pasos le dije que tenia una emergencia que tenia que viajar 2 horas y asi el puerco este me dijo que regresara despues de las 12 malnacido gente asi no se como diablos llegan a tener cargo de manager basura de tipo malnacido no lo recomiendo. Pero a mi me parecio que era racista odia a los hispanos. Esa fue mi sentir a pesar que en la tienda dice se habla espanol y test free me dijo vaya a otro lado o si no regrese despues de las 12. Y le dije que llamaria a la central de customer service y me dijo haga lo que quiera no me importa que tenga buen dia bye ....desgraciado malnacido no vayan a esta tienda.....

Thanks for saying hi as customers walk in but.... I stood in line for 15 mins behind 1 other person. 1 salesman (Im assuming you were the manager talking to Pitts about giving them a deal and price matching). Another customer walked in and waited. He left without being helped. Another salesperson came out to answer a phone but no words to the those of us standing in line. Set my stuff on the counter and left. Customer service is lacking. This location was convenient but Ill take my business elsewhere (Advance, NAPA). I understand that people are on break but staff the counters appropriately. Watched you lose at least 3 sales in a the 25 mins I spent in the store.
