Ordered a part on Tuesday and the guy said it would arrive by Wednesday at noon. I called Wednesday at 3pm and it hadnt arrived yet. I called Thursday at 9am and it still hadnt arrived. I dont think they fully grasp the simple concept of ordering and delivering parts. Probably also why Jim is 45 years old and working in an auto parts store.

These employees know there stuff. A friend of mine broke down and took a random bolt in and at just a glance they knew exactly what it was he needed. Advanced Auto had no clue.
