If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this store to have a passport photo done, long story short the picture that was taken could not be used. I received a letter one month later from passport administration stating the measurements were incorrect. I called the store and informed them of this notification. I was told by store manager(she said she was a store manager) its nothing that could be done. I spoke to three individuals, the only individual who was customer service friendly was the cashier who answered the phone initially. After her the situation went down hill. I dont understand how I paid for their services and the picture tech did not know what she was doing. The store never even apologized or made an attempt to fix the issue. I was told to bring the picture back in with the receipt??!?!? First and foremost, I did not have the receipt because I never thought I would have to return a picture. Secondly, after I told this manager I did not have the picture because passport admin. keeps it up until 90 days. her response was we have people bring back pictures all the time. RED FLAG, if your staff knew how to correctly take a passport photo why would people be returning pictures? I contacted corporate, the rep. I spoke with put in the complaint for the wrong store. The store in Springfield across from Red Lobster called me and fixed the issue. The store manager had me come in that day. They took a new picture and the measurements were correct and I finally received my passport. I dont understand why the walgreens who jacked up the picture couldnt fix their mistake. I called corporate again so the complaint could go to the correct store, so their picture tech maybe could have more training so this mistake wouldnt happen to anyone else because its a huge inconvenience. Guess what? its passed the 48 hour time frame and a manager have not called me at all smh. WORD OF ADVICE: DO NOT GET PASSPORT PICTURE TAKEN HERE. Its worth going up a few more blocks to the store in Springfield across from Red Lobster. The staff is GREAT!

This is the 3rd time I have attempted to go here. The cashiers are slow. There were 6 people ahead of me waiting. There was only one cashier on, not sure what was going on with the customer that was being rung up. But we all waited for a little over 13 minutes. And the original customer still was not finished. Everyone else that worked there was standing around, one was eating over where the photo computer was, but none would go ring people out. All of the six people put our stuff back and one by one left. This has happened to me more than once. This is the last time I will try to go here. I left went to CVS and saved $3.72 on the exact same products and sizes. I was out in less then 5 minutes .

This store is great, it is closer to my home than the Springfield location and I love the set-up. As another customer commented, it reminds me of a large city pharmacy right here in little old Lansdowne. I am a repeat customer due to convenience, sales, and customer service. The staff is always friendly and helpful and despite the architecture that suggests "big city", I am always greeted with a hometown welcome by the staff. I like that they are here as a resident of Lansdowne I am grateful and will continue to support their economic progress of our town.

This place is underrated. It hasnt been open for long, but this is very clean and fully stocked. Staff has always been helpful, including pharmacy. Has everything you need!
