I called to see if my prescription. I stated my name, and then asked to whom I was speaking, and for their first name and last letter of their last name. Dave (last name unknown) said he didnt see how that was relevant . I asked him that because I have had issues with Rite Aid stores in the past, and I keep a record of who told me what. My treatment was unacceptable, and I will be going to the location to speak with the pharmacist and store manager, and I will not be using this particular Rite Aid again.
