What a poor excuse for customer service is displayed at this pharmacy. For starters, the worker named Anissa needs to be fired yesterday. Everything is a joke to her. After she fouled up my RX and the pharmacist asked me to come back on Tuesday, she had the nerve to state that I did not know what my RX was for. this place is always full of surprises, and not good ones. Expect to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes just to pick up your meds as they NEVER get it right!!! Not once or twice have I had to contact the Insurance company due to the pharmacy staff not really caring about anyone else but looking pretty behind the desk, but even after they ask me to come back on Tuesday (based on their bad information), I show up today (Thursday) and they look at me like I have 2 heads. Very incompetent!!! and rude! except for the indian looking lady who actually apologized. Is a courtesy phone call now a thing of the past or is it just for CVS pharmacy. Since you gave me the wrong information, would it not have been nice to call to say, btw, the info we gave you was wrong...so we screwed up again due to our incompetence... but even then, the phone call would have helped to smooth things over.... What a poor excuse for customer service! and quite scary since it has to do with meds and such that we actually put in our bodies. As far as I am concerned none of them know what they are doing and I will definately be moving by RX to another pharmacy......!!!!!

So my fiance and I went into cvs to exchange some stuff we had gotten and needed to get the right items, we looked around the store to find the right things and went to the check out counter to do the exchange. This is where things go sour in .5 seconds. The manager accuses her of stealing and proceeds to call her names, to wrap it all up he insults her intelligence and says/asks her "Do you know what refusing means?" At this point hes not only giving poor Customer service, but has completely gone against and outside of his job description, and verbally assulted, accused, insulted, intimidated, a customer, but a woman whos pregnant and not even old enough to rent a car. His behavior was so unbelievable and his actions were so awful I didnt even get a chance to get his name to report him. Hes a black male about 6 foot, an athletic build, with short hair and trimmed facial hair, that works on 3rd shift. If anyone knows his name, or knows how I can report the situation to any authoritys, that would be great. Calling names, accusing, insulting, intimidating, assulting, scaring, customers, is completely unacceptable. He should lose his position at the least, being fired would be ideal. Due to all of this shes now cramping and bleeding, and considering going to the hospital. If this caused any damages or difficulties, theres going to be a lawsuit headed in his direction.

Agree with the prior reviews - the pharmacy staff are the WORST. The female pharmacists are nice, but the techs are literal mouth-breathing idiots. If they moved any more slowly, theyd be going backwards. Make sure you schedule at least a 1/2 hour to wait in line. Its absolutely infuriating to see like 5 staff members behind the pharmacy counter doing NOTHING, while the line as 15 people deep and only one moron is ringing people up. Their text service is a joke - twice now Ive gone on to pick up a script responding "yes" to a reminder text and no one had a clue what I was talking about when I got there. Something like prescription medication is far too serious for them to have such incompetent people handling it. If it wasnt 24 hours and located around the corner from me, Id definitely go elsewhere.

If I could give a negative amount of "stars" as my rating for CVS Pharmacy, I would. It doesnt matter who you are, what you are dealing with...even if you are dying, the pharmacists at CVS Ardmore will do anything they can to brush you off! The staff at the pharmacy has no clue what they are doing. They do not communicate with each other, with their customers, or anyone else remotely related to a medical profession... Do not expect them to do anything more than waste your time if you run into any type of snag with insurance/prescription info/doctors, take it from someone who has been through the hassle already. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone line, if they even answer it.

This is the CVS with the poorest management that I have run across. A few examples, I went past the checkout on my way to the pharmacy. When I walked past again, maybe 7 minutes later, not one person had advanced in the line but no second register was opened. The garbage at the front of the store is usually spilling out onto the sidewalk. I regularly have to make 3 and 4 trips to get the same script filled because mistakes are made. When it snows they just leave the ice and snow where it is, I guess they must have very good insurance. Corporate should take note. If you go on the right day with the right employees it can all go fine.

My husband went to drop off a prescription for medicine. The pharmacy tech was extremely dismissive, rude, and not helpful at all. His name is Brandon and he has no customer service skills at all. We proceeded to take out prescription to giant pharmacy where we had no issues at all. We will no longer visit this location and I will be speaking to corporate in regards to this incident. I would put negative stars if possible.

Store staffs and manager are very rude and not professional. System at checkout is not consistent with signs shown in store regarding discount information. When I pointed it out, cashier and manager refused to offer explanation and to give the discount shown on the sign. System also did not take my cvs coupon. When I pointed out, cashier and manager refused to check why and to offer the discount.

Jill, at the pharmacy has a terrible phone manner and really should find a job not working with the public. She is no better in person. Incredibly rude. She out and out lied to me, then when I told her how long it took for me to walk the the pharmacy, only to have to come back later, she actually told me " thats not far"!

The worst store or pharmacy I have ever been to, four employees throughout the store at 6:45PM Sunday. The fact the store is open 24 Hours does not permit it to be this poor. You are doing no one a favor for this service.

Terrible staff in the pharmacy! Rude and incompetent. Never get it right the first time. Amazing, they get paid a lot of money to do a poor job and never, ever apologize or take responsibility. Go to another CVS!

It seems that the pharmacy has a dreadfully long wait no matter what time of day it is. The staff up front complete check outs usually pretty quickly
