I went in on Sunday, I bought a bottle of suntan lotion and drove to the beach. When I finally got there, I paid to park and went and set up my spot on the sand. It was then that I realized the sprayer was broken and was dripping out a dark brownish red color, i would need to replace the bottle of suntan lotion. I then had to leave my parking spot and purchase a new one before having to pay to park again. I went back into Walgreens on Monday and requested to speak to the manager. I was directed to a pleasant woman who advised me she was the manager. I explained what happened and that I was looking for an exchange and a refund due to the circumstances and she stated that was fine so I walked to the back of the store to get the replacement and when I walked to the front she then said that shes not the store manager, that shes acting manager and that she cannot assist me. That I would have to come back on the next day as the store manager is only there from 8-5 m-f .. so I came back today, Friday, on my day off to resolve this and guess what? Hes not here. He had to leave for a personal matter and I was advised they would either exchange or refund it but they could not do both. I requested that this woman contact the manager and she advised me that she could not as his personal matter would restrict his ability to answer. Attempting to maintain my composure as its absolutely ridiculous that I was lied to once already and that there was no other manager for the store for nights or weekends which is a prime business time, I decided to accept the exchange. I will not be returning to this Walgreens or any other for the simple fact that when they supply defective devices that cause numerous inconveniences for their customers they do not handle it as they should, nor do they have adequate coverage. Its essentially children with no authority running that store after 5pm m-f. I would give no stars if I could.

Changing Pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens. I took my prescriptions (4) and had a consultation with an employee to go over co-pay costs. Everything went as expected with the cost. Picked up three later that day no problem. One medication had to be ordered, not a big deal until the cost doubled ( 47 to 94 bucks. ). What the "F" was going on. Regina F. (pharmacist on duty) couldnt explain the double cost increase. I really need this stuff. It would of been nice to receive a phone call from the pharmacist or the doctors office as she called the doctor and somehow the days of supply changed from 25 to 50 from one day to the next. I dont get it! And will be changing pharmacies again. This has been the forth problem that Walgreens has created because of lack of communication on their part and as the old saying goes three strikes and your out. Time to find a good Pharmacy!!!

While the store is neat and clean with well staffed store preventing long wait lines, their pharmacy professionalism and care leaves something to be desired. I have been prescribed a very strong and necessary prescription which they repeatedly fail to fill and fail to notify me in a timely manner.
