This Pharmacy is horrible to deal with. They rarely ever have my prescriptions ready even the ones I get every 3 months like clockwork. Its like they have no stock or any medication. I ordered a new med yesterday of course they didnt have it in stock so they said they would have it by 1pm today. Knowing eh level of incompetence at this pharmacy I called ahead they had of course not processed the RX yet but did have it on site. I was told they would process it right away. When I got there a half hour later to pick it up ...still not ready. I have called the Pharmacy manager the district pharmacy manager nothing seems to help. Also they dont seem to know how to use the computerized cash register system that links to the phone app to pick up and fill prescriptions. they constantly push the wrong buttons inside and mess up the transaction. A simple training issue. If you can avoid this location do it. They are the worst example of a pharmacy I have every had the displeasure of dealing with.

No wonder this once Pharmacy/Photo developing corporate giant has now become a useless, and extremely outdated service. They have not modernized their business model what-so-ever to adept to the constantly growing pharmaceutical giants such as Walgreens or Walmart. They have horrible customer service when it comes to in-store experiences, and even worse when over the phone. The staff at this CVS location are lackadaisical and apathetic (at best) towards their duties. They offer no help, and when questioned about in-store items they rarely have the answer. They NEVER update their store information such as store hours, and days the location will be closed due to special circumstances. The hours for the stores Pharmacy are indicative to a five year olds logic. I now fully understand why this store chain has slowly began to colapse in on itself. CVS will be part of the history books in less than 5 years if they continue down the road they are headed.

Never get it right. Every month there are issues. I call ahead and even then have extraordinarily long wait times. They cannot figure out how to refill more than one Rx at the same time. If there are issues with the Rx, they are never proactive. I hate coming here. I am on my 3rd try to refill one Rx, and they still cant get it right. Ive been waiting for over 1/2 and hour. They quite frankly suck and are rude and uncaring. They never have all 3 Rxs ready at the same time, even tho they are supposed to be refilled together. They order the wrong medication occasionally and never catch their mistakes. Medications I get are liquid, they never give the correct syringes. Steer clear.

Pharmacists are very rude. Do not follow local medical/drug laws. When informing them my rights were being violated as an adult in this country and bringing up local prescription purchase laws, was still denied the right to fill my prescription. Reported the incident to CVS Headquarters and still didnt receive a response to my issue. So I called the ACLU and reported it. Went to Walgreens down the street and they gladly accepted my currency in exchange for my prescription, respected my rights and local drug laws. I will no longer shop at CVS because of this and will inform all my friends of this incident and encourage them to give their business to Walgreens as well.

I had come out of the doctors office she had maybe 10 minutes before Sent in a prescription I looked at my phone when I got in the car Cvs had called me the pharmacist said I notice a prescription was called in its not what you usually get thank God he did that saved me so much time I was able to go back into the doctors office and have them change what they had sent I think its a fabulous pharmacy

I Had a prescription transferred to this pharmacy and they never filled it. When I came to pick it up, the woman acted like I was crazy for thinking that it had been filled at that pharmacy. Did your lovely attitude get you that job, sweetheart?
