Im glad that the previous reviewer had a good experience, but it has been just the opposite for me, with one exception: the associates who work the front end are consistently pleasant and polite. The problem resides in the back of the store at the cramped, dreary pharmacy counter. Time and again I have left there feeling like I should apologize for actually expecting them to do their job. Last night (Wednesday, Aug 10, 2011, 6 pm) was the final straw when the clerk refused to look for the second prescription that I had ordered and which I KNEW was ready. No effort was made to figure out what happened to that second order. The attitude was quite obviously "Go away and leave me alone." Nothing feels worse to a customer than to be treated like they are invisible! GRRR! I used to go to the Douglassville CVS (which is FAR superior to Boyertown in cleanliness and professionalism) but decided to try Boyertown because it was closer to where I work, therefore more convenient. Well, rudeness does not equal convenience. Boyertown CVS....Youre FIRED!

I had a problem with my prescription and they were not helpful and didnt change a thing for me. Im stuck for a whole month with 2 different pills half of which I cannot take bc they are different ones! I spent $193 on my meds and half are going to go to waste. They also put the 2 different pills in the same bottle and while they are the same medication it is illegal to do (so I read on a pharmacy forum) and also misbranding. I took my meds in and expressed my concern since I had never seen these pills before. The pharmacist said there was nothing she could do and I said thats fine and wanted my stuff so I could leave, I had to go to work. She then took it upon herself to do something for me that was pointless and made me wait an hour when I had to leave! I was so mad that she wasted my time. I will never return to this CVS pharmacy unless they are the only one I can go to. Very disappointed.

The pharmacist has told us multiple times that our prescription is ready for pickup, but once we arrive we are given a blank stare as the pharmacist informs us that the store is out of stock and another shipment will arrive the following week. Its always the same excuse. Please dont tell your customers that you have something in stock when you clearly dont -- check your inventory first! Also of note, I have found that the prices are about 25% higher than mom & pop pharmacies. I recommend shopping elsewhere!

Most employees in the pharmacy are exceptionally rude and appear to be annoyed that customers are there. One pharmacist is particularly rude and incompetent. I came there recently to pick up my prescriptions and suddenly after getting the same two prescriptions together (at this CVS with the same pharmacist filling them) for over a year she determined that I should not take them together. Apparently she knows better than my Doctor. Bless her heart.

Most techs in the pharmacy are friendly but that 1 who ypu drop your prescription off to juat ruins is all. If you cant handle the amount of work you have an keep a smile through it your in the wrong position. This is why I stopped coming here and go to Professional Pharmacy. An Ill be going back....

Had to stop & look at CVSs empty parking lot....for years, kids from the Boyertown high school parked here, until one day CVS had all the kids cars towed! Doesnt look like they have that many patrons! Lost my business!

Rude employee. Cashier would not even let me call my sick grandma that was in the hospital. She told me she could not give me the phone and told me to hold on. Worst service. Will not return.
