Wonderful shoe stores, selections and good prices, great shoppes even in the park view Plaza across the street from the main mall featuring Infinitos Pizza, Ollies Bargain Outlet, Joanne Fabrics, TJ Max and more. In the main mall, a very large Bath n Body shop (my fav,) FYE, GameStops, and large selections of restaurants/food stops, huge food varieties, Asian, Zouppa, (soup shop) ice cream and smoothies, decent prices, decadent cuisine whether its sit down / semi casual or simple take out, run and go. Good play area clean, safe and fun arcade beside it with cool prizes to reward your kids when earnibg tickets from playing games before or after shopping to exert some energy out and encourage good behavior for a long day of shopping. Last and most Importantly and saddened to voice my and many others experience at Vision Works,... Extremely Poor appalling customer service at the Vision Works in the Park view Plaza only ...very disorganized, rude and kobg waits over an hour and even 9 months to get simple glasses made right and NOT Broken or Lost. Ridiculous carelessness with making lenses in the wrong prescription not once but twice in 3 years, glasses breaking and damages caused by employees and staff and little to absolutely NO remorse or accountability. : (

Upgrades are needed to the infrastructure of this facility. Floors and bathrooms are dirty, tables are dirty as well at seating areas. Security seems laxed compared to previous years as well for assistance, directions etc. What cleaning staff this facility has is disconnected from patrons. Mopping or sweeping your feet as you walk past, and their walkie talkies are up at an obnoxious level. This location was much better with different environmental services and in house security in place. Not what it use to be unfortunately.

Good selection of stores. Of course theres a lot of junior clothes, because its a mall, but its still pretty diverse otherwise. Seems to be pretty good at keeping up with larger malls in more populous towns. The food selection isnt amazing, and the star layout isnt the most efficient. In fact, I think some of the new stores that get stuck down some of the dead wings struggle to get traffic down there. Parking is usually a mess, but again, its a mall, so its to be expected.

Very nice mall to visit and shop while in the Lancaster PA area. Good variety of upscale stores with a very unique architectural design. Its easy to get lost. The food court is nice but has changed in recent years. My favorite pizza and Chinese places are gone now. The mall tends to be on the noisey side and ear plugs always help for me. Check out the expensive tea store. Its worth the trip to Park City Center.

Wanderlust

This is a nice mall, they have a large variety of stores. They have the basics like JC Penny and Boscovs, but theres also stores like Lush which are hard to come by. Bathrooms are clean but sometimes out of supplies like toilet paper on busy weekends, same with food court, its usually clean but can get rather messy on weekend evenings. Overall a good mall but could use a few more maintenance staff during peak hrs.

Large, unique indoor shopping mall with a great variety of shops and boutiques. This mall features a central hub that connects each of the arms; this can make navigation around the mall a little confusing when first arriving, but adds to the overall charm of the mall. While busy, the layout of the mall keeps it from feeling overcrowded. Stores are generally chain stores, with a good variety of different types.

Oooooh boy. Here we go. Well, lets just say I remember this place when you could walk around and smoke inside. I remember we used to have to plan which day of the week, what time of day to go because of how packed it would be. I actually want to cry for Park City just typing this. Now? It is a shell of itself... Only time I go there now is to pick up a last minute gift and the ocassional Cinnabon.

The best mall around Lititz pa. A great One-Stop shopping along with great restaurants so many great stores that you end up finding yourself there for hours but the time goes by so fast because it has such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. If you get tired you can sit and relax in one of many massage chairs and also it has the cleanest food court I have ever seen in a mall

Thus is a very nice mall and has quite a lot of selection of stores from a lot of different varieties. The mall itself is very clean and the bathrooms are well kept. The food selection is pretty good and the prices are pretty standard. There is a lot a lot of stores outside of the mall as well giving even more variety in the stores available to shop at.

I love the Park City Mall and Shopping centers. I rather enjoy being able to walk around in a mall atmosphere where temps are controlled and you dont have to freeze during the winter or roast during the summer. The food court is loaded with variety and the stores are plenty. The other thing is the mall is clean. That is a great plus in my book!

I love their hospitality and response time. The menus is easy to navigate and has a large selection of food. The prices are reasonable and the food is cooked to perfection. The place is clean and welcoming for a large party or just a date with one special person.

Park city is not a bad Mall. Its actually very beautiful a almost elegant and very well run very clean and this is coming from a person who absolutely hates the mall port city has their stuff together its a must see if youre really spending any time in Lancaster

Layout of stores is really good. Ample parking at all the times. All major stores located at one place. Definately one of the best place to shop in and around Lancaster. All stores located indoors makes it ideal place to shop and hangout during extreme weather.

High end mall. Has everything my wife is looking for. Big food court, restaurants outside. Worth the drive. Get tired of seeing the same thing in your area. Good to venture out and experience other places. Highly recommend this mall.

Beautiful mall. Nice layout. The Apple Store is huge lots of employees. Make sure you make an appointment before you just show up for a fix. Long wait times at the apple store.. I was told 4 hours for a password issue on a Mac Mini

This is a great mall with a lot to offer, and its honestly a little bit better than we deserve. However, I gave it 4 stars because its got a fair amount of empty stores. Im hoping it can fill back up with good offerings for the area!

Nice mall. Has come a long way since I was a kid. Very nice inside. Has a lot of good selection of stores. The bathrooms are well kept. Staff is helpful too. The food court could use more variety but the Chinese food is great.

Over priced obviously.. BUT bath and body Works has better deals then their outlet! Clearance, plus coupons = saving $$$$.... I like the new modern look... parking is a mess but thats to be expected before school starts...

The variety of stores have dramatically decreased. The anchor stores are their lifeline and unfortunately they too are in decline. Management is most likely scrambling to figure out what to do with all of the empty stores.
