This is a great example of the better mixed retail/residential town centers. Yes, its completely manufactured. However, when you think about the fact that it replaced a run-down mall with just one or two stores still open, it was an excellent use of the land. They have some great stores there, some really good restaurants, though like many shopping centers, there seems to be the mysterious restaurant space that cannot seem to keep a good restaurant open. Bonefish Grill was the latest to open and then close. Surprising that Annapolis has taken this step backward, and one has to travel to Odenton or Glen Burnie for Bonefish Grill. Odd. Gordon Biersch is great. Whole Foods, EMS, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and the fast casual places (Pei Wei, Zoes, etc.) are a nice mix. Im not a shopper, but there a lot of upscale clothing stores if youre into that. If you lived here, it seems like a good deal with a gym, a few banks, Whole Foods, restaurants, Target, etc. For the rest of us, its too bad that the complex is so isolated from Annapolis and even the other nearby shopping. Getting here by foot or by bike is not easy. Residents probably feel like they live on an island, since it requires a car to leave the two/three block area.

Nice family friendly outdoor shopping area with a decent selection of food and shopping. You can tell that the management company cares about the upkeep and vitality of the centre. Every time I go there seems to be new improvement to the parking garage and traffic flows, snow is cleared in a timely manner and best of all there are many family friendly events held often including concerts, trick-or-treating, etc. My only complaint about the facility is the security who is often times a little to over zealous. An example of this is the other day my wife and I had parked in one of the centres parking lots and had dinner at the restaurant there. We decided that we wanted to take a walk after dinner and so proceed to walk towards the centres center. As we left, on of the security guards rudely honked at us, told us to come over to his car and proceeded to question where we were going. I responded to him shopping and walked away. Im not really sure what right they have to be asking such questions and more importantly in such a manner.

Annapolis Town Centre has helped rejuvenate the Parole area of Annapolis. It features many great food spots ranging from inexpensive and fast (Jimmy Johns, for example) to elegant, fine dining - and priced to match (Brio, for example), and lots in between; clothing stores you wont find anywhere else nearby, such as Anthropologie, Lululemon, and South Moon Under); Whole Foods, 24 hour fitness, plenty of free parking, and so much more. The Town Centre concept is to provide everything you need within a single location - eat, sleep, shop. All the shops are clean, nicely maintained, well staffed, friendly, and convenient.

I only went to one place here -Target - and thats why only giving 4 stars (havent been to stores in general at this site to get a feel for it). I can say the place is adorable. Parking is a little odd, with a couple of lots around the rim and some garages scattered about. But the look is very - lets say quaint. It doesnt look seem mall-like. From what I saw its mostly outdoor walking between stores but consider the style of outlet centers. I plan to return at another time as it seems like it would be enjoyable to shop here with the atmosphere.

Lots of different stores here, from salons, to great beer, Italian food to furniture. A few of our favorites are... Coopers Hawk Winery, they have a great tasting room and the wines are good and affordable too. Whole Foods is fantastic in many ways, I especially like the wild caught fish and the food bars, and the Palidar Rum Bar has great food and a nice Rum Flight too.

Well designed mini city onto its own in a one block area on the outskirts of Annapolis. I have worked around the corner since this was built years ago, so I find myself at the Towne Centers Whole Foods (one of the largest in the country) just about every day. Mostly easy to find parking except for holiday time. The Towne Center hosts lots of free community events.

Difficulties traveling through area. Also pedestrian do not look before crossing streets in area. Limited free parking and the majority of stores in my opinion cater to the public who just want to spend money on pricey items. The apartments above target and whole foods are twenty somethings. Limit family opportunities particularly for young children.

Big clean and beautiful! This town center has everything you need from banks to shops to restaurants. The parking is ample and just in case you cant find what youre looking for at the Town Center, it is surrounded by other plazas, strip malls, and Annapolis Mall is right down the street. Great place to kick off or end a day of shopping.

This is an outdoor shopping center. I dont like to go here because the parking is not Central and you must choose our garage to park your car in. Some may like it because there are a lot of high-end shops here. To me, there are many other shopping centers I would rather go to that are easier to access.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Shops are quite expensive, Sur Le Table, Great Gatherings and Arhous Furniture. However there is a Target and a Beth Bath & Beyond. As far as dinning, there all all sorts of selections from fast food to fine dinning.

Decent boutique mall with some recognizable names and ample parking. Be sure to stop at Cleos, A la mode (for your girlfriend/wife) and Gordon Biersch, but be sure to skip Coopers Hawk and The Chop House. Dont miss the free concerts every Friday in the summer

Pretty good restaurants and a good selection of different things to eat or places to shop. The constant loud music that is played everywhere you walk is a little bit on the annoying side. But once youre inside you cant hear that. Overall a pleasant place.

I love this shopping center. Every time we are in Annapolis we stop here for a meal. We love Gordon Biersch, Neo Pizza, and Brio. Bed Bath and Beyond is one of the best stores in Maryland. There are many other shopping options making this a great stop.

This is a nice convenient place with a number of bars and restaurants balanced with stores. There are multiple local banks here and its in an all around convenient spot. It does get pretty crowded though and I dont think their exits are well optimized.

This place has everything we need, whole foods and target, sur la table and anthropologie, and some other specialty stores we enjoy walking around. You can definitely spend a day here (and the immediate area), we love it!

There is usually easy access to parking in the garage near Whole Foods. I park there rather than near Target. Shops are nice. Some upscale, some every day type. The HTO is a good place for outdoor gear.
