we actually needed to find our daughter some better sneakers during our visit to Baltimore and we thought we would try in here. Sorry but we didnt find shoes here(only specialty sneaker store was Payless). However, just after going in it started raining and we decided to stay in until it stopped. They have 5 levels of shops and some eateries too. not a bad place to get out of the weather or go for a light bite to eat or drink at Starbucks. I suggest though, if you are a simple tourest and dont need anything dont bother. better eateries in harbor and not really alot of options here as far as well known stores.

I would rate this a 5 but they totally ruined the upstairs where there use to be food court. Also had the dollar store and nail solan there... Now its gone. Right at the gallery. The harbor however is beautiful quiet and fun to explore and enjoy the scenic boats/water. Lots of people to meet. But far as the harbor concerned, aside of the gallery, I give it a 4/5. Kinda too expensive for my budget but other then that it would be 5/5 stars. The gallery isnt fun anymore since they changed the upstairs into what I believe is a conference hall... So downstairs is OK but thats all you have is downstairs shopping .

Dont let the mall photos online fool you. Yes, it is 4 levels, but the mall is very short due to the fact it shares the building with a hotel. We walked in and saw escalators going up 4 levels, but once you get up to each level, thats it, it does not go any further. And worse yet was the charge for parking. We were only there for 3 hours, and upon leaving we got charged $24! What a rip-off. I prefer the Westfield Mall in Annapolis or the Mall in Columbia over this place any day. Even the Arundel Mills Mall has this one beat. Very disappointing to say the least.

As far as the gallery goes its nice for what it is but they dont have that great of a selection as far as stores go. Usually i mostly just go there to stop and eat at the food court but the whole food court has been closed for months now for what i assume is renovations but im not completely sure it may open back up maybe not. Oh also on the floor the food court was on that closed was the bathroom so now that one cant be used but there was another that i found but it was simply disgusting. I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN!

Very disappointed with both pavilions. Half the stores and restaurants were closed or under renovation. Buildings seemed old and outdated and just not welcoming. Spent a total of 10 mins. in each. Remembering back about 10 years ago visiting these locations and there was wall to wall people and you couldnt move. I would estimate probably seeing 10 people the entire time now. Very disappointing. Enjoyed shopping the stores in the past

Only got to walk around here for a couple hours, but it was nice. Great views along the water, cool holiday decorations and plenty of food/shops. There was also an ice rink and a "Christmas village" during my time there, but I didnt have time to explore them. If youre looking for good Baltimore eats and staple restaurants, then youll need to look elsewhere. This place is filled with mostly chain restaurants.

Tourist trap central here but if you are looking for convenience of quick shopping and dining then this will meet your expectation. For those that do not like to venture too far from the hotel or the Inner Harbor area, then this is for you. It is also a quick stop for souvenirs. Plenty of shops in this two story complex with commercial dining (franchise type restaurants) located in the AC complex.

Harborplace has a special place in my heart. It is very convenient to get to as I like to take the free charm city shuttle (purple route) to the inner harbor to go shopping. I think they should develop better stores and this should attract more people. Also if they could expand the inner harbor so it could fit all the business of the orioles and ravens games.

Kitschy tourist shopping destination in the Inner Harbor. The Light Street pavilion has transformed into a sit down dining destination anchored by Urban Outfitters and H&M. The Pratt Street pavilion maintains the original flavor of local trinket vendors. Walkway to the mall across the street from the Pratt Street pavilion near the 5 Guys Burgers and Fries.

As it being a mall along Baltimores tourist center, I find this to be much less of what it could be. Gap, Forever 21, Foot Locker and a few other known stores reside here, but other than that, random run-down stores that seem to be struggling for success haunt the 2-4 floors. Im sure they could offer better stores than this...

Harborplace is a fun shopping and dining area framing one corner of the Inner Harbor. There are a wide variety of restaurants from casual (like my favorite, Noodles and Company) to classy. There are a few shops but not a particularly large number. It can get a little crowded over here during the peak of the tourist season.

Absolutely one of my favorite spots when down in the city. Splurge on a late lunch or dinner and see a show for free. The street performers are amazing with a variety of skills and locations. Watched 2 young boys play drums with the caliber and talent of men 2x their age. Or just find a bench and people watch.

Отличная набережная с кафе и музеями. Отличный аквариум, подводная лодка. Пешеходная зона достаточно тихая. Обычно здесь довольно ветрено

When it gets late go some place safe. While walking around there was people smoking pot kids fighting and foul language all over. I came there on my day off , I am someone who works in law enforcement I did want to be surrounded by criminals on my day off.

This is a decent mall in a great location. The food here is mostly chains and available to other malls. The shopping here is mostly in smaller stores but they do have good quality items. But you can get better stores outside of the mall so why come here?

Absolutely love eating at The Cheesecake Factory. The menu is amazing and the food delicious. Our waitress was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out! They do however need to take care of a very slippery floor.

There is no way someone will miss this place while in downtown Baltimore. It looks like it is the lungs of the city. There are plenty of dining, entertainment options. This is my 3rd time here, the place is usually neat and clean.

Its primarily a tourist site, and though I was a tourist visiting, I could do without all the gift shops in one confined places. But if youre looking for tourist finds to take home, youll certainly find options there.
