Buyer beware!! Bought an heater at this store and tried to return it. Explained that the heater smelled like it was burning out after 24 hours a smell that was not present initially. Per the store manager, all heaters smell. Was told that their policy is that I have to get the same exact heater or exchange it for another higher priced heater. No store credit to be used towards anything else in tbe store will be issued. This is based on a policy that was not mentioned when I bought the product and is posted in the store in the tiniest print. Family dollar Lancaster has proven not to care much about customer satisfaction. There are so many other places to spend my money. Consider that my donation to your establishment. Bye

Its okay it is a good place to go to get bath stuff and personal feminine stuff also but if ur trying to find a quick outfit to put on there is no luck there...Cause they dont have nothing good in my size... Only thing in my size is sleep wear...

Cluttered, dirty, and the checkout lines are weird... No distinguishable lines so people just walk up in front when people are waiting to go next. One thing I will say is the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

They made shopping fun. I had to come in and out about 10 times to get things for our family reunion. The staff knew I was in a hurry so they would assist me in finding items. They went above and beyond for me.

Rude employees. Store is always a mess. Manager got smart with my mother over a empty box she grabbed for the stuff she was buying. The location explains it all I guess.
