Ive now been to The Container Store in KOP twice and Ive had fantastic experiences both times. I walked out last night saying, "Why cant every store have staff that friendly!?" During my first visit, I was buying a closet organization system and the extremely sweet employee helped me walk around and find everything I needed. Turns out one of the items I bought was the wrong size, so I had to exchange it last night and the process was quick (in and out in 5 minutes), easy, and once again the staff was incredibly friendly. In addition to the amazing staff, this store has everything under the sun. We even found a great food dish system for our cats! (Wed been searching pet stores for months and hadnt been able to find exactly what we were looking for). Love this store! Will definitely return as I find more home projects that need organizing!

This place is truely heaven for OCD organizers like me. I have also been to locations in Cherry Hill and Houston and this location is the best in my opinion. I am always able to find what I am looking for: and if you cant find it they can always order it for you. This time I found mini-funnels that I had been looking for forever, and an over the door shoe organizer (selected one from among at least 3 or 4 choices). Generally, their stuff moderately priced, furniture and some other items a bit more high end. There is usually a bit of a line upon checkout, but it moves quickly.

I love how I come here for one specific thing and then I spot something that I didnt know I needed. They have an amazing selection of acrylic organizers for makeup lovers like myself. The staff is so knowledgeable of the products that they carry and are always happy to help you find what youre looking for.

Very nice store, great selection of anything and everything storage related. Glad to see high quality Japanese stackable containers and not just the cheap knockoffs that office supply stores carry. This place is expensive but so is every other place in King of Prussia.
