On 6/6/16 I went to the store in the KoP mall for the 1st time. Let me start by saying "I WILL NEVER SHOP FOR ATHLETIC FOOTWEAR ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN" !!!!! ...... I entered the store and was greeted immediately. I was asked what she could help me with. I explained and both the associates answered the same! The associate that helped me is named - EMILY JANIS. I cant say enough (good) about her ! Unlike (anywhere) else - she took the measurement of my right foot ...... and then the left !!! I have never seen any place do that before !!! She asked if I wore inserts (never ever has that happened elsewhere). She went and retrieved the shoes I chose (quite quickly). Then she went to take my insert out of my shoes --- I said - stop you dont need to handle those! .... Her response was "This is my job - I do it every day" I was so taken back by that response !!! I put the right on (measured at 12) - I told her that it felt like my heel was loose(?) Any way she then showed me with the right(measured at 11 1/2) a slightly different way to tie the top. WOW - imagine my surprise when the (smaller foot) was snug to perfection !!! She was so kind, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable !!!!! As I was paying I was thanking her for the great experience. She explained how the associates do training so they know thier products. ........ Rest assured I will be telling everyone about my experience at your store. Michael Gonoude

Wonderful service ... the owners are in the store and the staff knows their stuff! They know me by name and make it easier to work with NewBalance HQ (they were late delivering a phone order).

Although I did not get what I wanted. I did manage to spend 20 mins in this store ad the staff took the time in explaining the benefits of their products.
