I entered the store knowing i needed a new pair of shoes, but i was completely lost on what was in style. While i was browsing, an employee apporached me and very politely asked if i needed help. His name was Jordan, and he was incredibly attentive to my needs and seemed to know everything about the current style of shoeware. I justed wanted to write this review to commend jordan and say that this store is amazing. The parking lot is big, the location is amazing, and the employees are wonderful.

Decided to visit this location for shoes on 3/11/17 to purchase shoes. I asked the young lady at the counter if she could order the shoes and she said the shoes were not available at any store or for online order. Went to do some research for the shoes and dsw ended up having them online. So the young lady didnt do her job or she just didnt want to order them for me. Talking about #1 customer service

I tell you its been a long time since I bought myself a pair of shoes, but on this day 9/21 my friend my seemstress took me shoe shopping for my Class Reunion coming up. I am so happy with what I chose. Im going back so I can throw away my old shoes that cant be fixed any more. I will be back soon.
