Went to grab some ice cream after shopping in the mall for Black Friday. The ice cream was of course great, but the customer service was awful. There was one girl, I believe her name was Janay who bluntly ignored me in line. I only recall her name because one of her friends came up to the front of the line (where I was next), and screamed out her name. Janay looked at me as if she knew I was next and decided to serve her friend first. Probably gave her her order for free too. I usually wouldnt complaint, but seriously? Thats poor customer service. One of her colleagues had to leave the register to help me because of the annoyed expression that I had after this incident. If you simply want some ice cream with some decent trained employees on customer service, find somewhere else.

This stuff is so good. I recommend that you never try it. It is a slippery slope. Chocolate and peanut are particularly risky.
