So I came to this location because I happen to be in the area....never again! Why you ask? Because as I was ordering my cookies, one of the staff was secretly picking their nose heavily as she/he was picking up my cookies....disgusting yuck! So I just walked out disappointed and pissed off because I didnt get my soft fresh baked cookies. To make a long story short, I was able to get the contact information of the Director name Tim Bailer to explained to him what happened, but I received no email reply from him and I emailed him like 3 times....no response! Left messages no response! I felt like he could of at least responded back to me about my issue but he didnt. If this is how you conduct business in an unprofessional manner then you dont have to ever worry about me coming back to this location and spending any of my precious money with no problem.

A colleague of mine told me of this place and so i wanted to see what the fuss was all about . WoW get your checkbook out $2.00 for a cookie is insane and the taste, yup it tasted like a cookie, it was good but not worth $2.00 . Whats more insane is " The Classics " large classic 24 cookies $45.00 . Those prices are insane !! I can buy 24 store made large sugar cookies at ShopRite for $3.99 , I think ill pass and keep the $41.00 in my pocket and buy those great cookies at ShopRite. Change the name to Insane Cookies because you have to be insane in the membrane to pay these prices !!!

Horrible experience. I ordered cookies to be delivered by 5pm for my employees. I called at 5:30pm because they still had not been delivered. When I called the person on the phone told me that they held my order up because they had someone else place an order near me later in the day so they decided to push my order until later in the day. They NEVER called to let me know. My employees are leaving for the day and I still dont have the cookies. The person on the phone was not sorry at all either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will not use them again.

Poor customer service. I walked in and stood by the ice cream counter(I ordered pick up but also wanted to taste test one of the flavors of ice cream). All the employees behind the counter just stood around and ignored me, didnt acknowledge me or ask me what I wanted. Another group walked in after me and got helped first. When I did get my order, the cookies were cold. Next time Im getting store bought cookies from Wegmans.

Made my first visit yesterday to pick up some cookies for dessert and was very pleased. They made it very easy to create an account and order on line. They were reasonably priced (18 for $20) and you could tell that they went to the trouble of packaging my order at the last minute because they were still warm when I picked them up. Everyone raved about the flavor and quality. Good job guys.

I was unable to contact the store, called the number listed on line and was told they take all the orders. Then,tried to order on line for pick up and needed the exact St. address, which was not on the drop down menu. They were not helpful and I called Hopes cookies across the St. and they were very helpful. I guess I will go to Hopes.

Insomnias cookies literally melt in your hand. They taste like theyve been taken right out of the oven. I usually get the double chocolate chunk and chocolate chunk.

Theyre OK cookies, but quite expensive and too soft to be eaten immediately. However, they do deliver them until 2 AM so thats basically their thing.

We went to pick up cookies and couldnt get the smores so we settled on a few of the regular type. They were fine, nothing to rave about, so I wont.

Not worth the money. The cookies are good but arent with $1.45 per cookie. A bottle of milk is $3 and the store doesnt even have seating.
