ordered a milkshake that came out really milky and sloshy. I was going to just keep it but it was kind of gross so I went back to get a refund or a new milkshake. The staff told me they made it with the normal amount of milk so they dont know why it was milky. They did not offer to make a new one and I walked away before I said something rude that i might regret, so I ended up with no refund and no milkshake. A real bummer of an experience.
