Okay. A little dirty. Guys in grey shirts stocking shelves and making fun of elderly customers. They had a rating game going on regarding how people looked. They were yelling it over the shelves, from one aisle to the other. Very loud and unprofessional. I felt bad for the seniors trying to shop. I wont be going back again. Also, they had Daily Greens juice on the shelf that had expired in March (two months ago). The lady in the beer section was going on about politics. I left. Its sad to me that I cant just go buy groceries. I just wanted to go buy groceries. Update: Wanted to give them another try. It was as bad as my original review if not worse. Honestly, the lack of some semblance of professionalism is astounding. No gratitude for having a job. Also not professional to be talk politics and say things like, "The president is right. Them ********* aint people. That makes them easier to kill." This was one male stock person gossiping to what appeared to be a female employee on her break (?) This sort of thing might be forgivable in a mom-and-pop grocery but in a chain like Weis it is disgusting and something needs to be done about it before they lose all of their customers. I will not be going back.

Not only do they have a separate area for beer sales, but theyve got tables in there, so you can sit and relax with a cold one while your better half does some shopping, or if youre single, you can sit and enjoy a cold one before you go shopping... or between aisles... or after each item you put in your basket (although I would think its not that great of an idea to be slobbering drunk by the time you get to the register... Just sayin.) Theyve got a decent selection of beer as well - just about every brand and type you could ask for. Their baked goods are awesome as well, and their veggie area is well-stocked and maintained. Their meats are high quality (mostly) but I dont get my deli meat (cold cuts, for us native NYers) because they dont carry Boars Head brand... Other than that, its always well air-conditioned in the summer, but sometimes a bit chilly when winter comes around. This review is specifically for the Weis market in the plaza on Rt 6 in Honesdale, other Weis markets may vary, of course.

Price on items never match at register. Seems like it is on purpose. Never get sale pricing with my shopper card unless I fight for it. Then they have to go and look. Oh yea you are right. Then 10 minutes later and holding up the line behind me. Oh you are right. Going to find someplace else to shop. Employees are very pleasant. Just it a good experience.

This is my regular grocery store. I love the large variety of products for sale as well as the international variety offered. Store is clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative is pricing is high in my opinion.

Store made sushi is hit or miss on avilablity, take your time of day into consideration. Its tasty but occasionally a little "off" especially the seaweed salad. Staff is always pleasant

Good store with some great deals. I went there for freshly made pizza and it was excellent! Bathrooms were a little dirty.
