Not very friendly. You would be treated less like a criminal if you stole your stuff. I am not advocating stealling (that is wrong and makes things more expensive for the honest customers) but, what am saying is that you shouldnt be treated so horribly when you try to be an honest paying customer. I went in and I found some items in the Clarence that were a really good price, and so I picked them up and went to pay. But, when they cashier ran them through she said that they were to cheep. So, she called her manager who told me that I could have the items for $28 instead of the $5 that they were marked at. And the whole time they treated me like some kind of criminal because I wanted to get these items at the clearance price.

Since walmart added self check out area there is no more waiting in line for 15 plus minutes for a couple of iteams. There are usual y no hand baskets available searching for one is a bust. When commented to self check out employee she just laughed at me. Beware of man who asks for money in parking lot, he sneakes up behind ladies with children and older folks; he gets in your personal space. I called Tilden township cops and was told they are a part time police force, directed me to state police, they did nothing. White male 510. Glad to see police are protecting the tax payers. This person is a huffer, walart employees know him as the guy who buys compressed air. DO NOT GIVE HiM MONEY!

I tried to order a cake with just a 24 hour window, which is not a problem at my hometown Walmart. Anyways, a simple "Im sorry, I am booked tomorrow and my other cake decorator is on vacay" would have worked. Instead she points at the books. I look find what I want an go to order it and she is like " look I have 10 cakes to get done tomorrow it would have to be late l, like 1pm". I said "that is fine I do not need it till 4pm"...So I told her want I wanted and her response was a stern "NO! That cant happen". No apologies, no kindness, nothing. Just rudeness. Heading to Redners the lady was super nice on the phone.

Customer service is severely lacking and never much selection in products. For example many times I have been ignored by the employees when I could hunt them down and often times nearly the entire staff is in meetings. They dont have near the selection of products the one in Wyomissing carries. It is our local walmart so it is convenient but it certainly needs a vast improvement to even compete with other Walmarts in the area let alone its competitors like Target.

Im a frequent shopper. Excellent prices on most items. They restock Sunday nights, so variety and the most freshest produce is available during Monday. Smartphone shoppers are there all day, so you need to watch out for them as they arent paying attention to where they are walking. Also, good amount of handicapped parking. Assistance to carry out items for disabled patrons is available and pleasant to be with.

As a Wal*Mart not quite worthy of the moniker "super," this Walmart ALMOST has it all. One of the things it does not have are dress clothes, oddly enough. The one moment when I was visiting Hamburg and had forgotten my dress clothes, this Walmart was no good to me. That being said, it has a good selection of groceries and a decent enough supply of everything else.

They are alway out of stock. The place is constantly dirty. The adults will have conversations with people they know in the middle of the isle and BLATANTLY look you in the eye and not move. The children are ALWAYS out of control and unsupervised. I hate going there and try my best to go to other wal marts other then there.

Terrible place. I was looking for cards it was kinda late but I was browsing through and then a worker came up to us and says "I have to watch you" as I was very uncomfortable with this I continued browsing and then another worker came up to me and was watching so I got what I needed and left. Discrimination.

As each year goes by, the attitudes of the managers and employees become careless and bitchy. Granted, they do have the cleanest Walmart Ive ever seen. However, a nice looking Walmart isnt better than some good customer service, which they lack immensely.

every single time i go to sit on a toilet in this place it creeks and i swear its about to fall off the wall its very scary its not even like i weight that much so i dont understand 0/10 wouldnt use toilet again and wouldnt recommend pls fix it thank you

horribly slow lines, forget help at night, you can stand in back and call the manager if you want, then walk from the back to the front and hear your phone ring. Walmart gets you because you need them certain things, but they know this and dont care.

This is surprisingly a very nicely kept Walmart. I stepped in and almost immediately forgot that I was in a Walmart. Everything was very clean and well organized. They carried more supplies then any other Walmart Ive seen has carried. Well done.

Clean store, friendly staff. As any Walmart they have everything under the sun. We stopped to grab a few items on our way to our camping weekend and they had every thing we needed. Lines were quick, it was wasnt overly crowded.

Its an ok Wal-Mart. It is a clean store. However their shelves are always empty. They never have all the items Im looking for no matter what time of day or day of the week I go. And the toy department isnt that good.

The grocery side isnt really the best when it comes to organization and the aisles are smaller than other Wal-Marts so when its full, there are alot of back ups. People are rude and that includes employees.

The store is very well maintained and has some nice local people working there. The produce section leave a bit to be desired, but other than that it is one of the better Wal-marts I have been to.

I like the saint claire one better. This one just seems to have less of a selection, or maybe they just have less of things that I want. They do have slightly diffrent choices from saint claire

Store is well stocked and clean, with many items to choose from. Very large grocery department, as well as a Subway sandwich shop. There is an eye wear dept and a beauty shop.

Out of all the Wal-mart ive been to this ones my favorite. Its clean and the stuff is easy to find. Only thing is, they dont always carry the items that other Wal-marts do.
