A virtually stopped shopping at GameStop based upon my experience at this location. I often walk in the door knowing exactly what I want. I find however that what I want does not always seem to match what the employees want to sell. Theres a lot of pressure to purchase used games and Im not very keen on having anyone opine on what I should or should not spend my money on.

Poor service. RUDE sales clerks. Very unhelpful when comes to basic knowledge they should have of products in their store. All of the times I have shopped in there I have never been waited on without a clerk being on the phone. If they don't want to sell stuff I won't buy it.

Tried to sell me an OPEN game with a BUSTED case for price of a NEW game. The BALLS of game stop. You can not do this to customers and hopefully customers WAKE UP TO THIS. They rape the traders and cheat the buyers. I will never return!!!

Great employees. Found exactly what I was looking for without an issue. They pay a lot more for used consoles than any pawn shop Ive ever been to.and they are great for a game trade-in. Great product pricing.

A bunch of smug early 20 kids. Had a simple question and was met with utter rudeness and a dismissive attitude. I walked out immediately and advise everyone to stay away from this location.
