The African American female associate and fat ignorant store manager, are the worst sales / customer service people I have ever met. This is the second attempt I made trying to conduct business with this company in this location. Both times I have been insulted, discriminated upon and verbally abused with profanity. I walk in to ask about an item and price and as soon as I tell them I am not Interested due to high pricing and low quality products the black lady tells me to leave the store if I am not buying. Then she starts using profanity at me, when I call corporate to address the issues they just blow it off like no big deal. Dont ever use Renta center . If you still choose to do business with rentacenter you will be putting g yourself at risk of verbal abuse and horrible treatment by their staff. Be warned. A much better place to go to is Aarons rentals who will work with you, treat you with respect and even if you dont buy anything they dont throw you out of the store. .
