I will never come back to this Walmart EVER. Last weekend, I was trying to get a fishing license. First problem, the register in that area wasnt working and all 5 of the employees who came to look at it could not fix it (no problem there however, no one suggested a different register or to call a manager to determine the issue). Second problem, while finally being able to get the fishing license, the price rang up higher than the actual cost. (by approximately $2). Not that much money but no one could figure out how to ring it out properly. I asked what my options were, and the response was, "Well I already gave you the license so you have to pay. Its wrong but thats what it is ringing up as." No apology, no excuse, nothing. Then, while the various employees were trying to fix the register to provide change for another customer, none of the other employees would bring change over so the customer could leave. He stood around waiting for his <$0.50 change for approximately 5 min before leaving his change and walking out disgusted. Then I overheard another employee say, "Just pocket that money, dont ring it up." A few minutes later, I was debating whether to buy another item but it was not clear what the cost was so I went up to a price machine. A Walmart employee was using it and I asked politely if I could squeeze in to double check the price. The response was an eye roll, a sigh, and Fine. After all of those incidents in different sections of the store, needless to say, I did not purchase that item or any others. I returned the items I was going to buy and walked out. Wont go back to that store ever and will be seriously considering Walmart for future purchases.

What seems to be common to all Walmart stores from the U.S. west to east costs is that seldom is an item priced according to the shelf tag. Have questioned this in Los Angeles, Ca., Denver, N.C., Miami, Fl. and several Walmarts in Eastern Pennsylvania. The response was the same from coast to coast, north to south. The night crew stocking the shelves sometimes puts the item in the wrong place. Specifically, the Glenolden, Pa. store seems to go out if its way to hire the most incompetent persons they can find. Today at around 3:10 p.m. a female clerk came to open a third register at the rear entrance. We were beside the register having two items (mouthwash and dog treats) with three persons in front of us waiting on the last register and about three more behind us in the same line. We asked the clerk if she was open, she said yes and I put our two items on the table and she said we had to stay in line while she waited on the persons that were behind us in the same line. In an other instance there were two lines open. I was in a line the clerk said he could not take cash, only credit or debit cards. My wife who was paying cash went to the other line and with two customers ahead of her and one behind the clerk abruptly stated he was taking no more customers and walked away. What ignorance on both clerks! This lack of customer service is not so much the fault of the employees, but is directly the fault of local management and indirectly the fault of corporate and high level personnel. Hereafter, I will shop at K-Mart and Target. D. Morris

Its a Walmart. Youre not going for the outstanding customer service or high end merchandise. Youre going because no one else touches their low prices without putting on a sale, and because theyre conveniently located. I almost got a show while I was there as two women in line were screaming and looked to be close to a fist fight over something one said to anothers daughter, but cooler heads prevailed and everyone left unscathed. This was nice, since store security was milling nearby and saying they would not interrupt because they are "asset protection, not people protection". To Walmarts credit, I found the items I needed quickly and was able to check out very fast.

This place is horrendous! The people that work here have nasty attitudes, and rude! As I walk to the entrance doors; I see a group of employees yapping loud, smoking cigarettes; next to the entrance! On the other entrance side there are teenagers there loitering with their bikes and skateboards. And the store always look like they having a "Black Friday" sale; the place is constantly in shambles! Cant walk in the isles because there are trash and junk blocking them. Do yourself a favor if you are looking to buy something from Walmart; avoid this one at all cost and if you can, make your purchases online. Avoid this Walmart!

I will only come here if everywhere else is closed or if Im unable to get to a better Wal-Mart. No one cares in this store. The cashiers are so rude and will yell conversations from across the room to each other. Customer service doesnt exist here and even trying to walk in the store there is always a large group of employees sitting right at the doors having completely inappropriate conversations even though there are kids coming in and out. Id rate the customer service below 0 and I think this store employs only people that hate their job and want to ruin your day.

I wish they had where you couldnt put a star this walmart is the definition of a ratchet ghetto place. The workers are young black ghetto dont want to work. Then you have a black manager that was rude and didnt help me being 9 and half months pregnant was so a disgrace to be in her position. Then you call they dont answer they phone in departments on top the phone person answer phone talking to people all ghetto. Ughhhh ashame to be black and have my own race show me how ashame I am for them to be in a working place where you suppose to help people.

Worst Walmart Ive ever been to. And Ive been to some truly horrible ones. Unfortunately Im stuck with it as its the cloest one to me, and I can no longer drive. Nearly every thing is an awful experience there. From poor selection of whatever you need, to employees, to cramped aisles, its just a miserable store to shop at. Its so bad, Ive started shopping at the Shop Rite next to it for groceries, even though its about 1.5x as pricey. The building is just too small, it needs to be torn down and rebuilt, just larger so they can stock more items.
