I went into this store about a month ago and all I have to say is I will never ever go back. First off the employees who (there were 3 of them and Im pretty sure one was a manager of some kind) were just sitting behind the counter did not greet anyone who came in except older customers. I was just looking around being my first (and last) time there. After I looked at the books on the wall I was looking at the books in the sale bins. The employees who were still sitting around talking about how much they hated redoing the store and having to clean then started to trash talk some of the books they sell. As one girl said she will leave the "smut table" for last because that table is "just gross". Well not only did they lose my business but those people in my book club and others I have told this too. I have many, many authors that are friends and what I heard from the employees of you book store this is not a place I will ever visit again. Im glad I did not purchase a book from you so called "smut table" Im sure I would not have been greeted with a friendly smile. And I can get the same discounted books through Amazon cheaper. So thank you for having rude customer service people working your store as I saved money buying through Amazon.
