I wish I could give this place zero stars for all the stress and frustration they have caused my husband. See his review below and stay away from this business! I’d like to preface this with the fact that I’ve never left a bad review for ANY business. But what transpired during doing business with FastSigns in Langhorne warrants all that and more. In a nutshell, they never provided the simply vinyl graphic I ordered over a month ago (very long story). I asked for a full refund, as I was treated very rudely by their customer service woman Cyndie during our last conversation, and they confirmed they had not yet produced the graphic. It’s been 5 days, and several emails, and still no refund. This is otherwise known as theft. Bottom line is AVOID THIS “BUSINESS” AT ALL COSTS, and feel free to contact me for the more detailed version of what exactly went on, as I have prepared it for my credit card company to dispute the charge (Google has a word count limit) Cyndie, a bit of advice: Blaming a customer for the lack of communication at your business is not appropriate or professional. You owned the mistake one week, and shifted it to me the following week. Complaining about your boss to clients about having to go to some trade show is also not appropriate or professional. Mocking your boss by stating you only said something because he was standing right next to you is also not appropriate or professional. Not returning emails is also not appropriate or professional. Not refunding a clients money for services not rendered is also not appropriate or professional, and is theft. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Went to there store to get an estimate on putting some vinyl on a few places on my car. It took 4 days and 3 phone calls to finally get a response. I should have known right then that it would be a nightmare. I had my wife drop the car off. They called several hours later for her to pick it up. Upon arriving she immediately noticed cracks and bubbles in the vinyl. She spoke to Pete "The Owner or so he claims" and was told if your husband doesnt like it tell him to call us. I then immediately called and spoke to Pete who was VERY RUDE and pretty much told me that it is what it is ... I was so disgusted with this guy and his company i decided to remove the vinyl. Upon doing so, I realized they had left scratches and cuts in my paint from where they cut the vinyl while it was on my car. PETES SOLUTION: ill give you your money back. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT ... $318 WILL COME NO WHERE CLOSE TO REPAINTING MY VEHICLE DUE TO CUTS FROM YOUR RAZOR BLADES.

Fast signs is the only place I will ever go for anything I need for my business advertising. Before I went to Fast signs I knew nothing about them so its not like Im writing this because I know someone who works there,im writing this because of the awesome job they did on my work van with the decals and the price. When I picked my van up I was so impressed it took up the whole side of my van which I didnt even expect, and the quality was perfect.Fast signs was great with helping me choose a design and also helped me find other things I need for my business. Two thumbs up and 5 stars, great job Fast Signs

working with the staff was good, and the signage excellent. but installation of my $1800 outdoor sign was a nightmare. the person they hired cut three feet off the poles which was supposed to be in the ground. and he tried to hide it! when i asked, he threw down a sack of cement and left in a huff. i told fastsigns i was very uncomfortable with the situation but they insisted on sending this guy out again with two twisted $15 poles to replace the ones they already charged me $175. fastsigns did nothing to stand up for their customer, only to get the job done as cheaply as possible.

Very unprofessional the owner (Peter) made it a point to avoid getting back to me after promising me me a proof on numerous occasions. I order something back before Thanksgiving paid for it in full and still after New Years have yet to see a proof I finally called and cancel my order after earlier in the day I was put on hold for 10 minutes because he was in the back then I was then told he left.... left numerous messages never bother to call back very unprofessional would never ever recommend them to anyone unless youre willing to wait several months GP

Our company ordered new business signs from Fastsigns recently. Their pricing was competitive and the signs turned out beautifully. We are currently in the process of getting proofs from them for our business truck lettering. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars is because the turnaround is not quick and I found myself calling them multiple times to get an idea on when our signs would be ready. Other than that Fastsigns was great as was their quality of work.

Justin V. and the entire team at FastSigns of Fairless Hills did an exceptional job with our 5k run event signage. We had close to 200 signs of varying types and they handled the work beautifully. The signs were perfect and the quality was outstanding! I felt as though they were a partner in ensuring the success of our event! I cant thank them enough!

I deal with FastSigns in Fairless Hills on a regular basis for signage for the dealership where I work. They are always pleasant, very helpful and can turn work around for us very quickly! All of the employees treat you as more of a friend than a "customer". FastSigns is definitely our first call for all of our signage and banners.

I wanted to get a magnetic sign done for my car. Had one done there before no problem. The man took my info. Never contacted me. I call the store. They said he would call me back. Nothing. I took my business else where. A simple phone call would have been nice? The store needs to work on basic customer service.
