It is highway robbery in that place. Was going to ship a package today through them.. I started out trying to use the online fedex app but it wouldnt let me complete the purchase for 20 dollars. So I drove to the Dearborn store I figured that it fwould cost me maybe 20 to 25 at the most, bust when she said 40 dollars or by xmas 90 I was like you got the be kidding I told her that I was online for a lot less. I told her to forget it I find another shipper for cheaper. So I went back on the fedex website and was able to complete the process online drove home printed out the shipping label and then drove to the fedex service center in mount laurel off church rd and it cost me only 20.00. I say stay away for theis Dearborn location they charge way more.. talked to the people at the other location and they said they dont no why they charge so much when they are then he ones who pick up and ship the Dearborn packages. Also dont let them scare you into the by Xmas service that is a rip off unless you are shipping on the 23rd of December.

The employees are curteous and very helpful. If you are unfamiliar with the process they gladly explain it to you. They have convenient Saturday hours if you cannot get there during the week.
