Nice quick spot. Coffee is self serve and superior to the surroundings, as the building is old and wanting. Warm gas fire place. ordered french toast twice. was great first time, 2nd time was soggy center and undercooked. Bout a dozen small tables. Metered street parking, a quarter buys you 15min.-- Homey warm atmosphere. Loyal local following. Closed Mondays. 8am-5pm. Close @ 4 on Sundays.

I have lived in Easton, PA for approximately six years now. I must say, NO ONE makes a better breakfast sandwich than the Quadrant Coffee House!!! The employees are friendly and very people-oriented. I always leave feeling positive in spirit. I Love how cozy it is and I wouldnt recommend a better place for a great breakfast. Keep it up guys!!! You all do a fantastic job and rock on!!!!

I moved to Easton last year and I have been going here ever since. The people there are so friendly and the food is healthful and delicious! My favorite is the dill havarti veggie grill, except I order it on the multi grain bread. I was once told that the menu is not a rule book, but more a guide. I look up to the people who own it and wish to open my own cafe one day in the future.

Ive been visiting the Quadrant for years, the atmosphere is great; from listening to a stimulating conversation, or to take a little break from it all. A wonderful getaway for reading and studying the Word of God. They have a variety books to read or to purchase; The food is fantastic; the staff very friendly and accomodating.

A lovely breakfast and lunch place that fills up fast on the weekends. The food is excellent, the price is right, and youre surrounded by books. Whats not to love? One warning, as far as I am aware, there are no kids seats around so its lap seating or you bring your own. Otherwise enjoy one of the old school Easton places.

This is a family owned business that is simply amazing. The family is so loving and warm, the food is delicious, the environment is comfortable and cozy and if you go upstairs there is a used book store. This place is one of a kind and a must go to place! I would rate more stars if available! ❤️

Love coming here. The atmosphere wonderful. Food excellent. Old world charm building with tons of books upstairs & a large room with table and chairs to relax. Walls have local artists art for sale as well. Wish I lived closer. From the Jersey Shore but when in Easton, visit here always

This is the most tremendous coffee shop - book shop... I speak to the owner each time I go in every couple of weeks, and she always remembers me. I would recommend this as a place to experience for anybody in the area... good food, good service, and as mentioned, a "family" feel!

We stopped at this little gem just walking up the street to the Easton Farmers Market. The decor is of a old book store. The food was Awesome! I had an omlet and my wife pancakes. Good size portions and the coffe cups were huge. We will go back.

What an amazing place. I was so happy with all of the books they had. And the variety of old and new books. Their lunch menu is incredible and the portion size is large. Try the Cuban sandwich and you wont be disappointed!

Proud daughter of my parents dedication to the city for 20+ years and building this business from ground up, truly deserving of its title as a well known must visit staple of historic downtown Easton.

Wonderful hidden gem. Friendly staff and a warm, inviting atmosphere to have coffee or read a book. Check out the beautiful sun-drenched second floor for additional selection and reading space.

Best breakfast in town, with some pretty darn good coffee. Unfortunately, as of right now (February, 2017) they are temporarily closed due to their heating system breaking.

The food was good but the service was meh. It was one of those hipster places that expects everyone to know the low down. Not a fan.
