I walked past this place, and had no idea why all the books were outside. After I saw a movie, I headed back where I wondered around for a significant amount of time outside. There were lots of books I wanted to get, but allowed myself to only get one. This seems to be the perfect place for my Dad, and I cant wait to bring him back here. It was a little jumbled, but that was the best part about it!.

New to the neighborhood and recently visited Bindlestiff. Truly a great little book shoppe with knowledgeable and approachable purveyor behind the counter; seemingly a proud community institution. I have visited twice, in the past two weeks, and on both occasions have witnessed young neighborhood kids shopping.

Small bookstore, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in selection. Whoever is responsible for the stock has great tastes. Additionally, the prices were good -- with a lot of books that looked brand new being half price or less. The clerk was friendly as well.
