I am bunny

My name is Neese. Today, I walked in this store and the owner was EXTREMELY rude. I asked her if she could tell me more about the wands she sold in the store and sadly she could not even explain. I was curious because Ive never seen them stores...only online. So anyway I asked her to tell me more about them. All she could say is "treat it like a gun. Just dont point at people. People use it for the wrong reason." As Im waiting for an explanation she looked at me like I was stupid and had a dead stare. Almost devilish like. Very scary...I shoukd have walked out because my guy and i both had a negative feeling about this senior citizen. So I proceeded to ask the next question. How do you clean it? She said "with your breath." Im sorry but in my mind Im thinking this lady has NOOOOOOOOO clue what shes selling. She said well I hope your not asking me this so you can clean it with dish detergent. I looked at her like she was nuts and said uuummm no. Ive taken ReikI and i clean stones with Sage and or water, the sun or moon. Just naming a few. So then she yelled at me and said "this is my store." Someone please tell me what you having a store has any has anything to do with your little knowledge. Thats like someone asking me "how do you water plants, and my answer would be "Im a registered nurse." Thank god shes is not in the medical field because I would have to school her again. Anyway, I then told her which one I wanted. She refused to sell it to me. She said I should buy the one that looked the prettiest to me and not buy the one that I intended to buy. Mind you they all looked pretty, but i wanted protection. It was so bad my guy had to walk over because she was getting irrate. This woman is either delusional, sexist, racist, crazy or a jealous person. Or If your in an interracial relationship do not walk in this store. If you do, do not speak to her. I have never been in that type of situation before. I said to her "all I wanted was the price." I didnt ask for her sarcastic old nasty attitude. By the time she finally told me the price, I laughed in total disbelief and said "all i wanted was the price." I was too hurt to purchase. She almost ruined my trip to Philly. After we left my guy said he heard her give another lady attitude before I asked her for her help. If I had known that prior I would had never even asked her. I would have asked the guy at the counter who seemed far more intelligent. FEMALES... If you ever walk in this store and you are young and attractive please AVOID the old judgmental "owner." Thankfully I didnt settle, because I found a better selection elsewhere and the owner and or staff was very pleasant. I told her about my experience at Garland and she said wasnt surprised because people came in her store saying the exact same thing. Misery loves company and she will not destroy the love Im my heart that God has given me :)

The is one of my "always" stops when in Philly. The best spiritual and metaphysical store that I have visitied: an astounding the selection of books and the best incense selection and prices that Ive found. The staff is always friendly and helpful The building itself has a nice presense: its just a nice place to be.

They have a small little shop on south street and I never really noticed it until I needed a book for one of my classes and I found it here, of all places! It was really old anyways... But the owners were great and were very helpful.

Nice quiet bookstore. Lots of fun and new things to look at. I love their stone collection. Four stars because you wouldnt even know anyone worked there since they never came out from behind the counter to see if I needed help.

Ive been going to this place since i was a little girl with dad and loved it always !! <3 its amazing and i feel so at home there , i could spend hours in there , its so beautiful . great selection of EVERYTHING THERE !<3

A great selection of books and items. Shop itself is aesthetically pleasing. However, I was ignored when greeting the cashier and I seemed to have bothered the staff when asking for assistance. 3/5 stars.

They make me wanna shop online. They been there for a long time and tend to dice roll judge people as they walk in. Two stars, I like the lion in the front and they sell bible bars, so theres that.
