I went to purchase Lottery Tickets, this afternoon, and I was told the weirdest thing from a person in management. The clerk informed me that she had to swipe my lotto card 40 times through the lotto machine I suggested to her since it was a single number why dont she inputs them manually and let the machine print out the tickets, and she would be free to attend other customers that came in behind me, to purchase gas and other items. She informed me that she wasnt allowed to input them manually. I told her it is only one number, she insisted that she couldnt. She swipes the card 5 times at a time, and went to attend other customers, and kept on swiping 5 times at a time, and would leave me waiting for 5 to 10 minutes while she took care of other customers, that came in after me. I told her that it wasnt fair that I was there first, and she should finish with my transactions. She informs that manager, and the manager informed me that Lotto customers are not a priority, and it wasnt a profitable business for them. I dont think that is the right attitude, coming from a manager, A customer is a customer whether they spend a penny or $500.00. If that the attitude that Sunoco management have towards lotto customers why dont they give up that license? There are other great agents in the area that talk properly to their customers and dont judge them by the amount of money they spend there.

I just went into the quick stop to pick up cigarettes, I saw a line of people waiting to be checked out because there was only one cashier on. He was busy, and he had to switch cash registers because there was no paper roll for receipts fpr the register. The shift leader (Im assuming) came over and said very loudly to him, "why didnt you just call me to come over and help?" In a rude tone and started taking people on another register. She turned around to him and yelled at him again, saying "theres no paper and NO SINGLES?" with an attitude. He hadnt said anything. I was appalled that this girl, Amanda, spoke to employees the way that she did. It was rude. There is a certain way to handle things, and she acted out of line. Very upset with how she spoke to him, especially because hes a younger man.

This business doesnt donate to community events. The manager said he would donate to our event where the proceeds help fund events for the kids in two schools in the area, but he kept telling me to come back. Then, when I came back he would say he was busy. Also, he said it was up to him whether he wanted to participate or not because he runs everything in the store when I asked to speak to the owner or a corporate person. This is bothersome when local businesses dont support the community that they service. I use to go there for gas, but if you cant invest in a $10 coupon or gift cards for community events then I will just take my business somewhere else.

I love Chesters Chicken and the people who work at Sunoco. I have lived in the area for 15 years and feel customer service is lacking in the area. However, I have always received excellent service there. Chesters chicken rocks!! Move over KFC! I know people say Are you nuts! Gas station chicken!! Yes!! I say!! Delicious and priced right!
