GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JAKE!! I arrived at the store Friday night right as they closed. I was pretty sad, as I wanted tea tree oil & figured Id have to find another day to get back to the store. An employee inside the store saw me & opened the door. I commented that he must have seen my reaction to them being closed & he said come in! I couldnt believe it! Most businesses send you on your way when they are closed. The employee was Jake, who helped me choose the right tea tree oil, quickly checked me out & sent me on my way as a very happy customer. I am a new customer to this store & because of Jake & his great service, Ill definitely be back. THANK YOU JAKE!!

I go here often for cleaning products (since Ive gone to green cleaning my asthma is almost non existent!) and I dont have to worry about label searching for food since Im allergic to fake sugars. Whenever Im there someone approaches me to see if I need help, offer suggestions if I ask or they get someone more knowledgeable if they cant help me. Their sales are awesome and I get certain items here I cant find anywhere else. I just started to buy their organic produce and its better than my regular stores non organic produce. My recommendations are Bac-Out for cleaning pet messes and Stoneyfield Banilla Yogurt, hard to find in other stores.

I love Kimberton Whole foods as a company! They understand the importance of good nutrition, great customer service and they have extremely knowledgeable staff. The soups are always piping hot and delicious and they have a wonderful selection/array of organic food and products. My only wish is that they had a cafe like the Kimberton location. Thank you for being a priceless gem in this GMO, over-processed world we live in!

Local, organic, and artisan foods and home and bath products at good prices. Im getting used to the atmosphere - I understand how some could feel a bit intimidated, but you cant beat the selection of local foods and high quality organics in a small, pleasant store with surprisingly good prices on many things.

A small store that sells high quality food tailored to people who prefer organic, locally-sourced products. Parking is adequate and the staff are pleasant. Theres not a lot of choice because of the small size of the store and the fact that many shelves are wasted on do-nothing homeopathic stuff.

LOCAL FOOD! I love Kimberton for their selection of local meats, eggs, dairy, and produce. I will continue to shop here when Whole Foods opens their mega-store in Exton because local food makes me healthier and helps our neighbors be sustainable. Thanks for being awesome Kimberton Whole Foods!

This store is the perfect combination of "local" and "professional" ... they really know their products (and how to care for them) AND their customers AND how to run the business.I almost forgot to add that their Kimberton Hills raw milk and fresh breads are the BEST!

It was a cute little store, staff wasnt too friendly. One guy was fixed in facing the products and got into the habit of cutting of me and other customers. The girls at the cashier were off in their own little world. Little bit awkward for my taste.

Weve shopped here since the Grand Opening party in the parking lot over 10 years ago. This location saved us the trip from WC to the original location in Kimberton. Weve never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly.

Hopelessly expensive. I ran in for a few baking ingredients and probably will not ever go back. The store itself is nice as was customer service, but its basically trader Joes with prices four times higher.

Warm, friendly staff, great selection of products. They even carry the Vegan Scrapple by Russian Pepper USA! Its a little off the Main Line, but well worth the extra few minutes to get there.
