Although Dillsburg is a small town, the Giant grocery store here is nice and offers items youd usually have to go to a specialty store for. They do have an in house butcher, a small seafood market, a nice deli, and even fresh Chinese food. Prices are moderate, however if you use their bonus cats and watch for items you can get some good deals and earn money off of gas at their pumps. They also double coupons up to a dollar. Recently the front of the store was remodeled, customer service is now next to the registers and they do a good job of checking customers out quickly. Like most supermarkets these days, youll also find a flower shop, bakery, and pharmacy; they offer a salad bar and hot food specials daily, including catering. My main complaint here is that they never seem to have enough people to bag your groceries and it really helps to speed things up if you have that assistance. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

This store is horrible! Night before memorial day i worked a double shift so the only time i was able to get to the grocery store was when i got off at 11pm got there at 11:15pm and they have isles closed off to clean the floor so i asked a gentlemen that was working if there was anyway i could get items from that isle since that is the one isle that that most of the stuff i needed was in..He says nope you need to go to another store they are cleaning the floors.then proceeded to give me directions to another giant.It is absolutely unacceptable last i new giant was a 24 hour store i should be able to go in to it when its convenient for my schedule to get what i need. Not once did anybody offer to get the items i needed and please tell me why they clean the floor at 11:15pm at night? Not everybody is able to get to a store during the day and what happened to customer service? This location is a joke!

Good size store, but not friendly staff. Produce was on the poor side. Prices were expensive and all the good deals had empty shelves. When we checked out I bagged our stuff, while my wife paid. She tried to use the Giant saver card and wasnt sure if it went through so she asked the cashier. "Yeah it shows up at the end" was his reply. She started to pay and I had to stop her because the total was outrageous, that is when the cashier told us her card didnt work. I asked for the saver card and he told me that I could get one at customer service. Will that help with this order I asked? No was his short answer. OK I finally got it taken care of after talking to a manager and our savings was 26 dollars. Not a little amount and enough that he should have tried to help. Bad customer service!

Giant has a lot of Price Freeze specials going on and have slashed some everyday prices too. I love their Gas Rewards program where for every 100 points you earn shopping you receive 10 cents off per gallon of gas, there are also certain participating items that you buy that adds instant points towards saving on gas but youll need to apply for their Giant Loyalty Card to participate in this program.

Giant in Dillsburg is one of the worst grocery stores Ive ever experienced. Produce is very, very poor quality. No one culls the department, therefore Im always trying to pick through outdated old product. Service in the store is poor. A lot of products out of stock. If I buy ice cream its melted till I get through the understaffed front end.

Usually a little packed. Aparently you save money but they are already over priced definitely compared to walmart.. but can sometimes get good deals. They are good with WIC and usually have no problems with checkout causing a huge wait like other stores i have been to

Average or slightly below. Got spoiled dairy twice there, granted close together and could have been same shipment. Limited selection, very noticeably in yogurts and grains like bulgar wheat (for tabouleh). Prices, meh. One in Camp Hill is better.

They have always been clean, easy to navigate (even when its very crowded), and the cashiers are very nice and quick at their jobs. The layout is pretty simple. This has been my main grocery store for over a decade, maybe even two.

Its ok. But I shop middle of the week and in the daytime and you dont have enough baggers.I do not like to bag as I handle my groceries enough in the cart out of the cart in the car out of the car and put away.

I dont understand why Giant runs out of diet coke six packs nearly every week by Saturday. The new k cup larger size boxes are great but no decaf.

Glad this is within 2 miles of my house. Stocked well, open 24hrs and Boars Head Deli. Also has takeout chineese inside!
