I am a professional painter. I asked for a five of an exterior coating in a Benjamin Moore color a 1/2 hour later I received the paint but it had on label for the color on it. and the color was very different from the chip. After I applied the paint I needed 2 more gallons so I want to a different store who mixed then to the color on the chip perfectly but I did not match what was already applied so I took them back to this store & she worked on them for a while & tinted them close to what she mixed before but not the same color. When I got to the job I noticed once again she did not update the label to the current color formula. This is very unprofessional she failed to label the paint twice & can not mix colors.

Just to update Erin B, the store now does (and has for awhile I believe) carry all the latest Benjamin Moore technology, including Aura and Regal Select. The people here are wonderful and I love this store!
