Went to the mavis in bartonsville. Called ahead to make sure they had time. Since I did not. The guy told me no problem they could do it right away. Only need a new tire put on a rim ... after waiting 45 mins and not even being looked at ... I decided to leave. Very unprofessional as the attendant was talking about how he wanted to run over someone with a car that he thinks stole from his old job and how he knows all the cops. Soo he would be good. Made me very uncomfortable and had to wait a total hour before I just got up and left Not worth saving the $15 on the tire. Now I have to do this all again tomorrow. .. not to mention when I grabbed my tire and noticed 3 works complaining together ( not working) I walked away. And the one guy ran after me saying. Oh yea you want me to put that on real quick now ??? Ridiculous. Update. Used another mavis closer to my house. Just as bad customer service. Answers the phone "hello". Told I would get a call didnt. Then tried to call and couldnt get ahold of store for 20 minutes. Eventually had to call corporate office 2 times. Just to get them to patch me over. All after waiting another hour in the phone. Horrible car and customer service. Update. Came to pick up my tire. And after telling them again I couldnt wait. I got here. After 5 mins of waiting for her to finish cigarette outside. I was told I had to wait because others were before me. I didnt get a call. Soo I called ahead Soo I wouldnt wait. And that same person didnt care. Clearly do not care once they get your business.

I went to have an inspection done on my car. Never made into the shop. While I was waiting, the only mechanic actually working managed to drop a vehicle from the lift. While accidents do happen, my review is based on the person at the desk inside. His attitude towards everything going on was "I dont know what to tell you" or "I appreciate your patience". This mans car was damaged from falling off the lift and he was treated as if he ruined his day. Told him to call tomorrow and speak to the manager about the damage. The man had to ask for a contact number to reach the manager. Very unprofessional. I then asked for my key back. Beside the fact that no other car was being brought into the shop, despite numerous mechanics were sitting around in the shop, I no longer trusted them to even do a simple inspection. Mavis should evaluate this shop and their employees. Unprofessional and seemingly inexperienced.

Been a customer here about 8 years and just had my first visit since they were taken over by Mavis. Would have only given them one star but Im not going to write them off yet based on one bad experience. Stopped in to see if they could install 2 front tires I ordered as they didnt look too busy. Counter man said it would be quick but one hour later my car was still outside. Then when I asked he went back and installed the tires backward but a mechanic noticed and fixed it. All told it took almost two hours and now I have to clean the wheels because they got them soiled with grease! Not sure how or why that happened. Next Ill go to air pump cause they left them under inflated. Thank god for digital tire pressure sensors. Also he tried to charge more than what I was quoted.

I went there for them just to mount a tire for me to put back onto my car. I was trying to save money so I put the spare on and brought in the loose tire, but Anthony a manager there was more than happy to let me know that there was no charge for them to put the tire back on my car. They ended up mounting both the new tires on the rims, and putting them onto my car. The best part was they did a great job, and they put them on the vehicle for free. Only the mount, balance, and disposal of the old tires were charged. The next day I went in for an alignment, and Anthony himself did the job! The car is driving better than ever! Thanks again Anthony! Ill see you soon. A+ for service, friendliness, and knowledge of what was needed.

Jim and the guys took the time to recommend the best tore for my budget and installed them in a timely manner. When it came to aligning the vehicle thy noticed there was a problem with the rear, turns out this was caused by a prior accident and wasnt fixed by the original body shop (which will remain unnamed). Instead of STS putting a patch on the problem and aligning it, they recommended I bring the car to a reputable body shop to get this issue addressed. I admire that kind of professionalism and it shows they really care for the customer and take pride in the quality of work they provide. I cannot say enough good things about this team. Theyve won a customer for life!

I got a oil change a week ago and I told them my oil was leaking a little. They claim it was fixed and even showed me while it was still in the air that no oil was leaking ( I should of realise that they drained the oil out so thats why it wasnt leaking). By time I got up to go to work the next day I had a puddle of oil under my car. I ended up taking it somewhere else and they told me the gasket and knut wasnt good. So on that note I will not be going to them any more and Ive been coming here for 3 year but thats when it was STS. Mavis I would not recommend going to them especially if you are a female they will take advantage of you.

Two and a half hours for an oil change after arriving at 9 am and they werent busy. A bunch of men standing around in no hurry to get out of there own way. Im a woman with lots of patience. But Im not a stupid woman. They first told me they were waiting on an oil filter!!!! Lol!!!! Then they said they were having trouble with my heat shield.. I was watching them the whole time and they had my heat shield off in ten minutes... Dont appreciate being lied to twice. They will never get my business again. Went down hill fast once STS left.

I believe the work is done is good and professional. They did snap one of my custom lug nuts for my aftermarket wheels but immediately reimbursed me for a new one. The staff is always polite and informative, but I will say, unless you sit there and wait for your vehicle, you will be the last vehicle done if you drop it off and leave. Most shops work first come first serve, this place just seems to do who ever screams the loudest first.

I recently spoke with someone at a neighboring center and they were less than forthcoming about repairs and cost. The other center provided misinformation., I went over to STS and they helped me solve my issue. And if a part needs to be ordered contact the dealer. I have received nothing but good service.
