I ordered a smores frap and while the girl with the tramp stamp made the drink, she says to the crowd of people, "its like people like whip cream more than coffee!". *crowd laughs*. Thanks for making fun of my drink! I paid $5 for it to be embarrassed. She needs to work on her attitude.

Bad service, doesnt follow safety or quality procedures, rude employees. The shots in both my and my mothers coffees were beyond expired, and overall poorly executed. Highly disappointed and shocked that they remain licensed to use the Starbucks name, logo, and resources and products.

OK so my wifes at Starbucks and she ordered a black and white hot chocolate, the got it wrong. Not once but twice. I ended up switching her, so I ended up with the hot milk of nothingness.... Booooo
