It was cool to descover that there was a Snow Peak store in PDX. The level of quality their products deliver is flat out amazing. This retail location has a nice array of items from their catalog. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with good advice based offered on your particular outdoor need. I grabbed a highly coveted titanium flask (large of course). A must have for any outdoor (or indoor) activity.

if i could give snow peak customer service a -5 star i would, i returned a defective tent almost a month ago with no reply back, so when i called (wyatt) he did not even remember anything about it and said a store credit was my only option. he went on about a big deal they were working with REI, buyer beware if you have issues with theire products.

Ive ordered an umbrella from this store and theyve shipped to Brazil instead of Canada and when I "dared" to complain about it, theyve refereed me to USPS instead and told me I have to wait for 4 weeks before they will do anything about it. #SnowPeakRetards #SnowPeakCustomerServiceSucks
