The post of - ANONYMOUS below...Megan E This is a disgruntled xclient that is posting these remarks to try and damage my reputation and the shop. She had access to my personal cell number and texted me continually during hours that I asked not be used. After continuing to text my personal phone at 8am I told her I was blocking her number and to contact me at work during business hours... I pOSTED a pic above of her tattoo, which looked great when she got it. When it was healed poorly , she asked me to touch it up and add a few new things I told her Id rather rework the tattoo so I was happy with it but that wasnt really a "touchup" and she should work on it when she started a new tattoo she had asked about starting. Sea Tramp is 40years old. We stand by our work 100% we stay open late make good tattouos for good prices on -good people and have a lot of fun doing it!. -This was a private matter made public its Grosse and clearly made out of spite Skot

I have been a loyal customer to Skot for the last 6 years and I have brought him multiple new customers. He does great work but his attitude and communication has been progressively getting more and more disrespectful. We discussed a future touch up during my session, since it was a big colorful tattoo and now he all of a sudden has certain requirements for what qualifies as a touch up. One requirement is now that he had to have forgotten something, well he did, he left a whole section colorless that I asked to be colored in, but wants to back out of the touch up and charge me, when that has never been his deal before. This tattoo is a memorial tattoo and there are very obvious areas that need touched up. I feel so hurt and disrespected. I wish he didnt turn into such a rude guy because I am so sad that I have to switch artists to get treated right...

My boyfriend and I were traveling to Portland and while we were there we wanted to get sailor tattoos. We thought, what better place than a shop called Sea Tramp? I called but they dont do appointments over the phone so the day we got there we just walked in to the shop to find Eric. We showed him the pictures we were each wanting to get and by the time we got back from lunch he was ready to go with exactly what we wanted. He was fast and awesome, honestly, we couldnt have asked for a better experience-I would recommend Sea Tramp and Eric to anyone wanting a great tattoo in Portland.

Although it isnt the original shop, sea tramp is one of the oldest shops in portland. Definitely a cool piece of history.
