I used to live down the street from this store and I loved it! Now I live in Lake Oswego, but I still drive there to get all my cat/dog food. The people there have always been friendly. There was someone on here who said the owner was a "know it all" and rude...that just isnt true. EVERYONE there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It tends to be on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. They carry great products. The have the best selection, hands down, of good quality dog beds. We bought one there 4 years ago and it was the best investment for our dog. Anyway...I just thought I would put my two cents in. Go there, its a great place.

This place is GREAT! I regularly go here to get my dogs essentials. They have a HUGE selection of dog foods, and carry a wide variety of hard to find, quality brands for the cheapest price in town. One draw back is that they don;t have an enormous selection of toys, but have enough to get the job done. On the other hand, their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. And in fact, I would trade the selection of a more "walmart-esque chain store" for the personal service of their staff. 2 thumbs and FOUR PAWS UP!

Theyre also all knowledgable or capable of great teamwork in finding an answer or troubleshooting a situation for a customer in need. Always a great shop for every need and pet problem that can arise. Weve been going there forever and even though it isnt very close to our house, it never pays to try and make do with the big-box pet store. It just means two stops, one there and then go to Pet Loft where I should have gone in the first place. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices really reasonable.

Great locally-owned pet supply store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of healthy, grain free and raw foods for cats and dogs as well as a selection of wild bird supplies and small pet sundries. They have rescued cats available for adoption. Great selection of cat trees too!

Have been purchasing dog treats for three years now from Pet Loft. Love the selection of healthy snacks and treats. When my 10 yr old boxer died they were so sweet to me. All my foster dogs have gotten treats from them and now my new adopted boxer gets his treats and even his coat from them.

The best customer service I have ever received. They even gave me a couple of puppy presents for the new addition to the family. To top it off they had a fantastic selection of natural dog foods at relatively great prices. This will be my go to pet store from now on.

Great local store. Carry our favorite dog food for the same price as petsmart/petco AND they have a program where your 10th or 12th bag (approx) is free! Knowledgable staff has recommended some great products for training and chewing. They know their stuff!

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of products offered at reasonable prices. Your dog will be offered a "treat" and there is always fresh water available from your pet. We feel we get personal attention in a pet friendly environment.
