The employess and management are very friendly, polite and helpful, and professional. I am a regular customer and have never had any problems. They go above and beyond their job responsibilities to make the customer happy. A few employees there even give coupons for cigarettes or chewing tobacco to help save their customers money. The only thing i notice, is that this store tends to be a training site, as they relocate employees and managers on a regular basis. i wish the corporate office would not relocate the employees. I will continue to go to jacksons. Thanks gang! :)

We came here on August 10th, 2016 around 10:15 am. We had a truckfull of family and one kid was a very upset boy who had never experienced someone else pumping their gas (from the East Coast). Johnathan was an incredibly kind attendant who saw a unique situation and handled it wonderfully. He helped calm him down, and offered to have him help. We were more than grateful and impressed by the way he helped. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

The white haired dude stands in your way as you pull in, waits for you to turn off your car, looks at all the other cars as theyre still filling comes back around and asks you to pull forward, smh
