I work in Development with a local non-profit charity here in Portland. We tried out Documart based on a visit from Cody Becker, one of their sales reps. Now, we do all of our fundraising mailings through Documart, including newsletters and fundraising appeal letters. They will pick up and deliver materials at no additional cost, when needed. Cody is still our account manager, and is probably THE BEST Ive worked with--last year we had several last minute schedule changes and Documart still turned the mailings quickly for us on very short notice. The prices are fantastic too--I have made several comparisons and still havent found anyone who beats them--they even beat a local college we used to use that provides a student-staffed discount printing program for non-profits. And Documarts quality and customer service is better. Better service and quality at a lower cost? It was a no-brainer for us. I highly recommend them. Update 11/14/2011---Cody Becker is no longer with the company--his successors have been fine to work but keep leaving as well--not sure why the high turnover, but were on our 3rd sales person since Cody left (4th including Cody). The product has remained great, but Im getting tired of having to work with a new person every time we do a mailing.

I found the Washington Street Documart online, and then read some good reviews of the company, so I thought Id give them a try. I needed help organizing and putting together my first mailer for my new company. I got in touch with Washington Street Documart and they have helped guide me through the process from start to finish. Although the entire staff of Documart is amazing, the shining star has got to be the manager Julie; she treated my small project like it was the top priority of the store. PLUS, Documart has the best prices around. These days it seems as though you have to pay a premium to receive good customer service. Not at Documart; they treat every project as though its priority #1. Provided I never have to leave Portland, Im a customer for life.

I came across Cody Becker and Documart by chance while I was rushed for time and not able to make it down to Kinkos. I had no idea of the service I was missing out on, and how much I was overpaying at Kinkos. I am in the process of working on a new project for the office, and to say Cody has gone above and beyond would be an understatement. Even if you have to walk past Kinkos to get here, do it. You wont be disappointed.

I brought a rush job to this location and was totally impressed with the service. They fixed my brochure and made it much better. They didnt over-promise but they did over-deliver - going above and beyond to get it done on time and with great results. They care about doing a good job.
