Im a Portland designer for businesses so do quite a bit of banner and sign commerce. Fastsigns has been on my quote list, but they have always taken days to get back to me. I actually called them this morning to let them know that three other local sign companies had already responded by email to my RFQ, two of them called as well. I called Fastsigns as a courtesy to let them know that everyone else was in and that their name belied their service, again. Instead of an apology or Ill get your quote now, I got a, "Were very busy at this store..." and a blaming the website quote system. I was just calling as a courtesy, not to harangue anyone. Fastsigns neither apologized or actually gave me a quote. As a professional who works with many Portland businesses, I would have to steer anyone looking for commerce with Fastsigns to somewhere else, unless your project timeline is unlimited. I think that if youre going to do B2B in Portland, you need to have your act together and practice some superior customer service. Fastsigns has simply failed repeatedly for me

I recently worked with Valerie to create a new sign for the front of my business. She was very helpful, super quick and she made the entire process easy and stress free! Upon completion of our sign, we had a small snag (created by us) in picking it up. Valerie again was right there to propose a solution that solved our problem. A couple of her colleagues delivered the sign to our door! I am very happy that we used Fastsigns! The price fit our budget, the service was tops and the time required to complete the job was super fast as promised! I look forward to having more signs made there in the future. You had exactly the water-resistant yard signs that I wanted at a reasonable price. You provided prompt service through e-mail communication and my signs were ready right on time. I came into the store twice (once to see an example of the signs and then to pick up) and both times I was very impressed with the sales people. And the Pearl location is very convenient. Great service the entire staff is very attentive. They ask numerous questions to make sure you get exactly what you need. They also give professional opinions to help make you product better. The production was on time and communicated when the item was ready. The product I had created they under cutted the completion by $100. I will be returning for more work.
