I recently purchased a corset from cindies on Powell in Portland. When leaving the store i set off the alarm so the young ladies checked the outfit and assured me the corset was fine and just to continue out of the store if the alarm should go off again. It did. This evening when packing my bags to fly home in the morning i notice that the magnetic tag was still on the item so i called the store in a panic. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and would not stay open an extra 10 minutes so i could return and have her remove the tag. I like the store. The girls are very helpful. Steps need to be taken to make sure the magnetic tags are not left on clothing. I was very frustrated with the situation since i was flying home the next morning and the lady on the phone was of no help to me.

Wide variety of items but the good stuff is spread thin. Helpful staff, probably a better place for couples. If youre buying shoes make certain they are in good condition before you walk out, standard sexy shop no returns on most items. Helpful staff though

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Middle aged southern employee leaves customers unattended to get high in the stock room. Complains about job and how she only does it because she has 4 mouths to feed.

Cathys is brightly lit, run by women and a oomfortable place for a woman to shop. It isnt sleezy at all. (Like many such places) Ive always found the staff incredibly helpful with a good sense of humor.

The girls here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their selection isnt as wide as some other stores when it comes to apparel, but they have new things all the time.
