First time at Agent Provocateur today and I had an Absolutely Great Experience, im still reeling! I follow them on Instagram but hadnt gotten a chance to go. It was a girlfriend who ultimately directed me to the Downtown San Francisco location, recommending to me their extremely beautiful and durable stockings. But wow! when i went in they had SOOOO MANY GORGEOUS THINGS, i knew i couldnt leave without getting one (or two) outfits! The saleswomen were super helpful and one in particular, Brooke, even completely laced up several of the most beautiful corsets onto me, i felt like i was in Titanic (a sexy Titanic... you know when Roses mom is tightly lacing Roses corset!!!!). She really made it feel like one of those VIP personal shopping experiences you get at Neimans! I got some GREAT stuff and even the way that they wrapped up my treasures at the end, then put them into a box with a black bow, it was great! The pieces are a bit pricey, but what do you expect; these are beautiful things! You can look at them and see the quality, you can tell that there was time spent on each and every piece! AND THEYRE HAVING A SALE RIGHT NOW! Will definitely return!! Great things and a great time! All they need now is champagne lol ;)!

I stepped in here with my Amex and soon-to-be fiancee and was ready to drop hundreds if not thousands of dollars. The look of disdain that the "associate" (thats the kindest term I could give the girl, frankly) to us before bothering to open her mouth was sickening. My fiancee is no perfect ten model but shes a size 2 and apparently that doesnt measure up. Id love to buy their high quality lingerie but theyll never see a dime of my money if they cant be bothered to hire adequate customer service.

Bubbly,lace satin. What more can the naughty spoiled princess want?? Oh yes a honest & helpful sales staff. Thats something that for me is quite important. Lisa the manager is a total sweetheart and listens to what "your" personal style is and doesnt push things that you wont like or dont want. I dont like the blonde with the bob hair cut, avoid her. Shes pushy and judgemental.

I enjoyed some chocolate truffles and prosecco at Agent Provocateur during the fall fashion fest. This lingerie boutique is the antidote to dull art galleries. If your friend likes the art show better than you do, you can just gaze across Geary at the live models in the window. The lingerie looked to be high quality and smooth to the touch.

The ladies here are wonderfully helpful, but I have a hard time justifying $300- $900 for an average looking piece of lingerie made in China.
