Went in on the 17th of April and it was terrible. I went into one of the booths, wasnt even in there five minutes till some short woman knocked. Asked how many people were in there and if I had money, I said only one and yes I do. Few seconds passed and she started yelling and banging on the door. Opened it and she started to say I couldnt be in there because I didnt respond. I responded several times. She had a weapon in her hands and was in a very aggressive stance, I got my umbrella and she banned me from the store. I wasnt rude in any way till after. Definitely recommend not going there.

Staff member (Jessica) is attentive and friendly, knowledgable. Asks questions but lets you browse on your own, which some people prefer. Very respectful and made me feel comfortable. Appreciated her use of words like "partner(s)" when discussing features of products, because it is more open and inclusive, which places like this ought to be. :)

The girl working at the counter was absolutely rude. my fiancé and I were asking a question and she gave us attitude and treated us like we were stupid! Completely unprofessional.We walked out without our purchase! I will never shop at this location again!

Im so excited , like a kid in a candy store every time I go in there. Astro glide and a few movies calls for a night of self love. Wish I could buy and try out all these wonderful toys n stuff.
