We have, in the past few weeks, been barraged by an unusual number of somewhat vicious negative reviews. After checking in with our customers, nothing about our business seems to have changed, and those who enter are leaving happy. To "Jamie", "Olivia" "Emily" and any others who might appear in the near future: I am so sorry you do not enjoy my small, family operated business. As always, I am open to comments and strive to find ways to improve to better serve my customers as well as my community. If our selection does not suit your taste, may I suggest you try some of the other amazing resale stores in our town? Mamas n Papas, Piccolina, Milagros, Hoot-n-Annie, Queens Mab and Zanzibar are lovely and all cater to a different client. I would hate to think that another local business was fabricating or encouraging others to leave negative reviews for my business as it goes against our common goals of community and furthering local independent enterprise. Futhermore, it is surely not a "lesson we want to teach our children". Please, leave a negative review for Walmart, if you must, and leave my business in peace.

I have shopped at Bella Stella for years and I always find great clothes and gifts for both of my children/kid friends. Bella Stella is part of my yearly back to school drama and they always make so nice and keep me out of the mall. Laural and her staff are always helpful and kind. The store is kid friendly too!!! For real you dont feel bad when you bring your kids into the shop. I will always shop there because its a good deal all the way around. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle....selling the clothes (in good shape) that your kids have outgrown or that gift that just isnt your style is just the right thing to do. I LOVE that there is big kids store now, it is so right on. P.S. the prices are great for really cool stuff new or used!!!!! Thanks you guys keep up the good work!

Not sure what the last 2 people were complaining about..not a pair of Wranglers to be found! I was SO excited to see that they carried uniforms and I spent 1/3 of what I normally spend on school uniforms for my kids. The sales person was friendly and attentive (with both me and my kids). The environment is calm and friendly and I thought they had a great selection of funky, hip clothing. As with any resale shop, you have to take the time to look around and not just skim the perimeter of the store. There are some amazing gems and I could tell they are careful about what they consign/purchase. I have a 5 and 10 year old and I was able to shop for both. We are true Bella Stella fans!

This is THE store for MOMMIES! You call yourself a mommy? THEN, head to Bella Stella. I started with a baby carrier after my third child, and realized I had NO IDEA a baby sling could be comfortable both for me and my baby. Thanks, Laurel!!!! I have saved so much money shopping and selling at Bella Stella. This is a great store with so much to offer. It is never the same store twice! I highly recommend Bella Stella to local parents and, heck, if you are visiting Portland, pop on in and take a look! Marvelous!

Laurel and the rest of the staff take the time to get to know you and what youre looking for. Weve really stocked up a few times, especially when our daughter was too small to fit into all those little dresses you get at baby showers. Traded them in and stocked up on baby legs at a steal of a price! Also lots of different styles of carriers, and great advice of which was best for our needs. Dont be fooled by a few cranky reviewers. You need to come see Bella Stella for yourself!

Another Oregon business parades around its politics yet again. How many more of them can continue to exist with specials like Bella Stellas "Am I Legal? May Day Special" offering 25% off one item when you bring in a self addressed envelope to be mailed to the Governor of Arizona. Sure I could have brought mine in with support of the new law, but the fact that Bella Stella insists on making their business politics based is too much of a turn off for me. One customer lost!

We visited Bella Stella at the end of the summer and made some great finds at great prices. In addition to great clothes for our two children, we found great deals on shoes and jackets. My wife owns a business nearby and we are proud to help support this locally-owned business. Well be back soon!

used to love shopping and trading baby items here, but i believe they recently changed ownership and didnt have such a great experience last time. still a good place for used gear but i will trade my sons clothing elsewhere from now on.

Ive been around town to all the resale shops and I dont think any compare to Bella Stella. They have so many clothes for older kids, excellent selection and value. The staff was very friendly and I felt relaxed browsing for an hour.
