THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!! biggest in convince ever!!! It is not posted anywhere! Not only that, say you forgot your debit card (like I did) but had cash on you and you wanted the last of something. Forget them being nice and understanding that not everyone uses cards and holding the item for 5 mins as you run to sears to get a Gift card to buy the item. It is a nice looking store however. They do have a good selection of books and other things. But there staff is not trained well at all! I just went to buy something tonight. I just enough money on my card to buy my books with my prim membership and get my girlfriend home from here moms with lyft. The lady tell me its only $40 so Im like perfect! Lets do it leaves me enough money to get my girl home. Well I check my bank and wouldnt you know it amazon got me for $68 not $40 why is that? Because the lady wasnt trained right and told me the wrong price. So now I have to drive to the bank to put money into the account just to get my girl home. This is Amazon its supposed to make our lives better and easier. Well this book store has been nothing but a pain! Go online! Save yourself he same headaches

Nice store but Im confused. I used the Amazon app to scan a couple books to see the price on Amazon website. They were about $10 cheaper online brand new. There was a line I didnt want to wait in, so I just ordered it online. Im not sure if the physical store matches the website, Im assuming it does.

Ok store but good luck getting them to answer a phone call. Called 23 times though a day and every time it said call back during business hours. I was calling on a Tuesday between 10:30am and 2:00 pm. Pretty disappointing. I will be going in and talking to management

Nice comfortable bookstore (for a mall) and had a great kid section in the back. Fun to browse as everything is quality classics or popular titles. If you have a Prime account you get online prices instead of retail.

The store is so clean, and well organized. I love that, as a prime member, I can use my app to get books as the same price as a prime member. Also that I dont have to slide my debit card, and get an emailed receipt

An awesome bookstore where if you have a prime membership you get that price for the book! You have a caption and summary of the book and see the review summary! Love the areas to look at books and the kids section!

Awesome store...my kids loved it! By the way this store does not take any cash!!! Make sure you bring your credit card or debit card that is connected to your Amazon Prime if you want to get the Prime discount.

Nice store, has good layout and friendly staff. Was also the only place in town I could get a Nintendo Switch 1 day after launch so thats a bonus :). FYI cards only, they dont take cash.
