What is there left to say about a bookstore of this quality? I never have a bad experience when shopping here. The staff is always more than helpful. Im really only speaking of Kate, she is just wonderful! Always ready to take the time to listen to my likes and dislikes, eager to suggest books that fit both! She always hits the mark! Suzanne is just a dream when it comes to bookstores. Rating this establishment 5/5 is a no brainier!! If youre looking for a wonderful book buying experience, just ask for Kate! Shes the top employee in my eyes. Liberty Bay Books, its my only choice for local bookstores; make it yours.

I love having a local bookstore downtown! This place has a great selection for being so small. I love the kids books, theres a good range in prices and types (baby books, story books, young readers). Personally I love all the current Sci fi and fantasy books and popular literature. And I always pop by the PNW section for gifts for my family in Australia. On that note, I think I will swing by there now and see whats new... :-)

Every small town needs a good independent book store. Liberty Bay Books has taken a chance on Bremerton and, hopefully, it is paying off. I just ordered a book from them and I love that I am supporting a great local business. The store is awesome.

Liberty Bay had the book I had when I was a kid "The Color Kittens". This kittens had a hard time trying to make paint of the color green. The earliest date I got the book was Christmas 1958.
