I called the store earlier today asking if they had a specific book and the clerk told me she was too busy due to a big sale and couldnt check. Ugh! I get that stores get crazy on sale days. I worked retail myself for a number of years, but she didnt even offer to take my number and call back when it slowed down. Just sorry, cant help, bye. Talk about lack of customer service. Ive never seen the store in person since I just learned of its existence yesterday so I cant speak of the store itself. Maybe Ill check it out at some point and give the store another chance, but for now I think Ill take my business elsewhere.

This is a great used bookstore. I love going and just looking for new authors to try or for another book from a favorite author. The volunteers are very friendly, and there is usually a couple of carts out front of clearance books and make sure you look by the back door to parking lot.

A ton of used books for a great deal, all very friendly volunteer staff so all funds go to supporting the local library. Frequent bags of books and genre specific book sales.
